「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「The room was amazing. However, the seaweed issue was really bad which did not allow us to really jump into the ocean.」

「Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones.」

「The restaurant food and system was horrible. Everything in the buffet was poorly refilled and it was for the most part cold. There is no towels, and you are granted a key card for 1 pool towel to which there are only 2 swap out stations that close early therefore you carry a dirty towel until you are able to exchange it. The 24 hours snacks are nacho chips with no cheese, we asked if it would be refilled and were told they were out. A fridge full of squishes hotdogs and burgers frozen for you to...

「Our visit to this resort was nothing less than amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and the resort was very clean. They decorated our room for our anniversary which was really nice. Definitely planning our trip for next year.」
