I have posted a review on Google. This is hands-down the best hotel in Helsinki. They really care about their guests and the dining and bar options are superb. Staff are impeccable and incredibly kind. A Grand Hotel experience, indeed!

Excellent rooms and service, though expensive. Very good breakfast buffet.
Some communication between staff could be improved, as they were repeatedly confused about our late check-out, granted when we checked in.
Also, an email explaining the most convenient entrance would have been nice, as our cab dropped us off at the entrance to the Esplanade, which is a pain to negotiate with much luggage.
