Overall is ok ,but no wifi in room !
3 Night , nice price , 整體尚算滿意, 地點算方便，近紅磨坊，有人會說比較雜，但我覺得夜晚很熱鬧，食的買的也有，平價超市都有。適合夜生活的人，晚上9點後落街都唔少人，唔會太靜。

My non-smoking room was filled full with smoked cigarette smell. Hotel staff were evasive and not quite helpful to my request for a clean and cigarette-smell free room. However, breakfast and dining room were acceptable.

This hotel is an absolute prime example of what a boutique hotel should be like it is clean centrally located elegant staff is wonderful. I absolutely love this place and will stay there again and again and again.

I’ve stayed here twice and am pleased every time. Well situated with a helpful staff. Rooms are great size and comfortable. Breakfast is definitely worth it! I hope to visit again. Merci!

The hotel staff is very helpful with everything. Traveling during COVID is not easy but they helped me with everything and printed a document and helped me with finding a pharmacy for my test. The area is lovely and my room was comfortable and I loved the toiletries. Thank you!

A stay to come back to!
Me and my partner loved the stay. Everything was clean and the room cleaning service was great. We also had occasional evening coffee in the lounge. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful - even offering to keep our luggage safe while we took a stroll on our last day before going back home.

Les plus: - Prix raisonnable. - Il y'avait bien un lit dans la chambre. Les moins: - Puces de lit - Pas de climatiseur - Trop bruyant (musique tapageuse d'autres clients jusqu'à 3 heures du mat') - Photos peu conformes à la réalité - Pour la petite anecdote: on a commencé à se déshabiller ma copine et moi et à se faire des câlins quand tout à coup nous avons surpris un public très admiratif de la scène: il s'agissait de la voisine de l'immeuble voisin dont la fenêtre collait à la notre (à peine 2, 3 mètres...)

A aucun moment durant votre séjour vous avez signalé des problèmes avec votre matelas et encore moins des soucis avec vos voisins . Sachez que notre réception est ouverte 24h/7 et reste à votre disposition afin de répondre à toute demande. Se qui m’étonne est que nos matelas ont été changé dans toutes les chambres avant notre réouverture , donc aucun insecte n'y est présent , nous allons tout de même parvenir à notre service d’étage votre retour. Pouvez vous nous contacter à the.modern.hotel@wanadoo.fr afin de nous dire se qui n'est pas conforme entre les photos et la réalité ? nous aimerions avoir plus de précisions , et avoir votre avis sur le sujet. Concernant le public durant votre soirée avec votre amie , nous comprenons que cela peut être désagréable. Sachez nos chambres sont munies de voilage et de rideaux , n’hésitez pas à les utiliser ;). New Year's Stay
Very quaint and cozy. Walls are thin and you have to lock yourself into the room. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, there are places to eat and a tobacco shop on the block. The hotel itself is located in a great location to explore Paris away from the densely trafficked areas of central Paris. Be careful of Thomas the doorman he's got a criminal record in America

They canceled my booking and kept my money
I had the same problem that others have reported on here. I checked in a day late and they canceled my entire booking and kept the money - then get this - they put the room that I paid for back on the market and rebooked it! I travel internationally every week as an advisory managing director at a big 4 and have never experienced this at any other hotel in the world. I understand that I should lose the first night that I booked because I arrived late, but why do they get to keep my money for my entire booking?! They are basically thieves. Their no refund policy is just a scam to steal money from people that check in late. Why do they get to keep my money for a service that I paid for and didn't receive and on top resell the booking to another person? This makes zero sense and I'm not sure how this can possibly be legal in France.
