The rooms were a bit small. The cleaning service was just okay. The location was very good however, only several minutes walk away from russell square and 10-20min walk away from the British Museum and China Town/Soho region.
Nevertheless, the concierge service was VERY poor. My family booked a premium room and would like to keep two suitcases in the luggage storage room for just a few weekdays while we went to Cornwall for a short holiday. However, we were deeply disappointed about being rejected, considering we have paid so much to book two rooms for the weekend. We were considerin to book the rooms in the same hotel following our trip to Cornwall, but we decided not to afterwards simply because of the unprofessional service we have experienced.
In conclusion, we thought Hilton service is one of the best in the world. Yet, perhaps it does not apply in this branch.
