So dirty. This is my first time saying a Hampton Inn was dirty. So old and outdated. Broken mirrors, leaking faucet and toilet in the bathroom. Stayed on first floor. Smelled Marijuana in the bathroom at 5am (must have come from the basement?). Wouldn't want to go outside after dark. Will not return.

The bed was terrible. The sheet did not fit on the bed. The bed was so worn out it felt like i was sleeping on cardboard. The bed had a huge rip in the side. It was awful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The linens smelled wonderful - of all the places we’ve stayed, this is the first time I can say that. Good but needs a few improvements to be great
Location - great (close to Opry Hotel and Shopping and then not too far from downtown) Breakfast- good (consistent with Hampton Inn - everything was fresh) Bed - average (mattress needs replacement) Sheets and pillows - sheets and comforter good, pillows - too soft! You need 1 soft and 1 medium. We always bring our own as backups. Chair/lounge - average (top cushion a little flat) Bathroom- good but tub drain was clogged and filled up with water while showering. It eventually drains. We’ve stayed many times at this location and either the sink or tub drain slow or are clogged. Get your plumbing straightened out. TV and lineup - size and channel selection were great! AC/Heat - used AC but it was a little loud so we super cooled the room and turned it off at night. Noise - average (I always bring a sound machine to drone out hotel noise) Parking - great (typically not an issue)

We had a nice, clean king suite. The area is quiet and felt safe. When you get to the hotel, reserve your shuttle to go downtown or the Grand Ole Opry so you don't have to worry about driving anywhere!
