When we arrived in our room, there was a filthy towel and 2 cups of unopened yogurt on the counter. When we called the front desk, he just said he was sorry with no offer to come get it. My husband finally bagged it up and took it to him. He laughed and again said he was sorry, but they’re short staffed. There was only 1 outlet on the side of the wall where the beds were and it was under the nightstand that was mounted to the wall. We had to go buy an extension cord so that we could both hook up our CPAP machines. There was another “outlet” against another wall, but quit working during our stay. The only other outlet was loose and the plug for my hair dryer kept falling out. There was a broken shelf under the microwave cabinet, the mount for the DVD player was broken, the bathroom sink was bearly hanging on the wall.
The bed was clean and comfortable, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about our stay.
