交通方便，但是，卫生一般，早餐很差
估计有些中国家庭应该光临这个酒店，因为，距离不远处，大约12分钟的车程就有一所私立学校。这个酒店设施一般。不过，交通方便，很容易找，卫生条件也是一般。最不满意的就是早餐，太简单，要杯开水都难。

Sheets and towels clean. That’s it. The place needs some major attention, a deep clean would be a great place to start. Bathroom fan, disgusting, Hair dryer back, full of gunk as well. Stains on couch cushions. I would have expected from a Wyndham banner.

The property was filthy from dirty rooms, hairs on the sheets, grime around the base of the toilet causing a horrible smell and there were even cigarette (or some type of) burn holes in our blankets. The breakfast was disgusting too. The waffle mix was sour. Every person I witnessed threw them away like I did. The coffee was made from some syrup and the juices were watered down. We will never be back.

I can’t believe this is a Wyndham property. I made a four hour drive to attend a late funeral service and selected this property based on what I now can only believe are fake shill reviews. From the moment I arrived and made to feel like I was an inconvenience to the front desk who seemed to have better things to do, I was more than disappointed. The room was grossly overpriced and of lesser quality than the most budget of accommodations charging half as much. It was filthy with stains on the walls and the furnishings. The room and property was so bad I couldn’t bring myself to spend the night so after the funeral services, I drove the four hours home. Anyone reading this, do not trust any 10/10 reviews or glowing accolades.

Hotel was clean and tidy however the walls between the rooms are not noise proof. My adjacent room had their TV run the entire night and I could hear it all from the weather to the state of the union address. No sleep at all

After driving all day, the room and comfy bed were just what I needed. The breakfast was a bit lacking, no hot food like shown in the photos. Nice hotel at a very reasonable price.

The property is old and the room had hair throughout the room and was not clean until we cleaned it. Although the neighbors were a little noisy, and the bed was not so comfortable, we did not experience any creepy crawlers of any kind. Our room was bedbug free.

The one guy that check me in was good and But one thing he didn’t mention is about the breakfast or anything else about the hotel and room was clean and good but the breakfast was nasty especially the pancake I cook it twice still wasn’t cook inside the pancake it was nasty and didn’t have anything else besides cereal and bread and bagels and fruits is ok I need water in my apple juice it alway sweet

Not great but options are few here.
Last time we stayed here we didn't have a room that was joined to another one. This time we did, despite having a toddler. The first night this meant us being kept up by loud neighbors. The first morning this meant sweet revenge when our toddler woke at 6 am to loud giggling and other general volume control issues. Other than that the floors are kind of sticky and gross, there is water damage in the bathroom and a countertop design flaw that prevents you from putting the toilet seat up or sitting up straight on the toilet. They had a microwave and a fridge, but neither were in a piece of furniture, so they sat in the ground and in other rooms where they were in a cabinet you have more space to put things and it seemed like this room lacked for counter space and power outlets near the bed and night stand. The breakfast provided is almost all carbs and the waffle mix had a strangely sour flavor to it, that is not normal for waffles to have. The water pressure in the shower was very nice. I think that if a Holiday Inn Express opened in this town it would put this place out of business.

Needs some serious maintenance
When we arrived in our room, there was a filthy towel and 2 cups of unopened yogurt on the counter. When we called the front desk, he just said he was sorry with no offer to come get it. My husband finally bagged it up and took it to him. He laughed and again said he was sorry, but they’re short staffed. There was only 1 outlet on the side of the wall where the beds were and it was under the nightstand that was mounted to the wall. We had to go buy an extension cord so that we could both hook up our CPAP machines. There was another “outlet” against another wall, but quit working during our stay. The only other outlet was loose and the plug for my hair dryer kept falling out. There was a broken shelf under the microwave cabinet, the mount for the DVD player was broken, the bathroom sink was bearly hanging on the wall. The bed was clean and comfortable, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about our stay.

Walls are paper thin as is space around doors. Could hear neighbor’s’ alarm as though it was in our room. No soft lighting in disability room. Could not sleep until next door folks went to bed after midnight. Desk people were kind.

We just stayed one night and we got there late and left early, but the hotel was nice. We would stay there again. I always notice, and hate, how dark hotel rooms are, but this one was very well-lighted.

It's was not the best stay. Somehow we got an handicap room. The bed was soft as a sponge. Electrical outlets are not in convenient spots. So it made it very difficult to plug in chargers and medical equipment. So the shower / bath tub was setup for someone in a wheelchair. Well I'm 6'2 and it a PITA for me to take a shower and the seat was in the tub was unremovable so my 10yo could not take a bath. The breakfast offered was IMHO pretty lame as it was just cereal, muffins, waffles with juice and coffee. Needless to say I wouldn't go back by choice

The room we were in hardly had any plug ins to use. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept. I also don’t believe it had been mopped because I stepped in something sticky. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on concrete. This hotel would be okay for a one night layover, but I wouldn’t want to choose to stay here days in a row. A positive is that there were no roaches or bed bugs.

Great hotel close to things in Shelbyville
Nice hotel convient to everything in Shelbyville. check in guy at 6pm had No Personality & didn’t tell me anything about breakfast times in am. Room was clean. Water pressure was good for showering We missed breakfast as it stops at 9am but the OJ & apple juice machine was still on. Apple juice was good. Beds were comfortable AC unit was lacking. Had to it temp at 63 to be “cool” in room at night. No way it was really 63. There’s also a full window seat the covers the top of the wall unit AC which I’m Sure is what was hindering the air flow. Microwave was clean. Refrigerator was very small but kept things cold. It’s 1/2 the size of an under the counter one. Checking out the clerk was very personable & friendly.
