We stayed at a double bed room with balcony type in 4 days, the room is so clean and the bed is comfortable. However, we had bad experience from poor attitude of one of their staff. Our room access card didn't work two times during our stay. On 9 Jan 17 night, we contacted their receptionist in this issue, the staff did not helpful and not willing to solve this problem and he just left the access card to my room without saying any response and follow up. We then approached him again, he only asked us he cannot do anything and requested us to approach their receptionist to open the door for us each time. This arrangement and his bad attitude is really poor.
