Thank you for taking the time out to give feedback on your recent stay with us. I was completely disappointed to read your comments, however I investigated this matter fully and I have to disagree with your comments, unfortunately. Please understand that your booking was processed incorrectly without paying attention to our hotel amenities. Please notice that our hotel not provide an extra beds facilities and that information appeared on Expedia Group website. Your booking was processed for triple room which means that only 3 people can stay there not 4 and there are no extra beds to provide at all, however my member of the team offer you, as gesture of goodwill, bigger room which suited your family, as that one room was still available on your 1st night stay and we offered you free cancellation option for 2nd night as that family room was already reserved by the other guests for the Saturday night. Regardless that unfair picture, please be aware that we can proof that hair in the tab it’s your hair as last guest staying in that bedroom was single gentleman who didn’t have burgundy colour hair, which doesn’t apply to your colour and the room was clean when you checked in as well. Please understand that the person who cleaned your hair out of the bathtub did not showed any respect as you did not treat my employee with respect either. Member of my team felt humiliated from the moment of checked in until late evening when he was verbally abused by you after cleaning your bathroom. Please be aware that we as business already open the case with Expedia Group to remove this feedback as does not reflect the situation that took a place.

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your review - I'm sorry to hear your comments - but we appreciate the feedback, & it is clear things were not clearly explained to you upon your check in - We are a budget hotel in the heart of Aberdeen City Centre, under 3 minutes from the train & bus stations, every room has with high speed FREE wifi, (up to 100MB upload AND download speed) every room has a flat screen 40 inch tv with over 70 channels, an onsite bar and small food offering, our freshly cooked croissants and continental breakfast are only £5 per person per day and (we aim for) the best customer service at our reception which is open 24/7 to help guests feel at home, in pleasant surroundings that haven't cost the earth - whether for work or leisure we are happy to host everyone. I think you have gone through from the hotel and over into the hostel during your stay? Nothing has been rebranded - We share a building (different sections) with Citi Hostel and they have a fabulous new kitchen with brand new state of the art cooking equipment and a fully equipped kitchen which I can see you popped into and used (they are very welcoming to our hotel guests especially longer term guests) so you are most welcome to have used this extra facility during your stay. I'm pleased you found this a helpful addition to your stay! I can't see your name or any details to trace your specific booking, to see room type/price but all of our rooms are really well priced for what they include, & we regularly monitored to ensure we are competitive in the city so I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion, & we look forward to hosting you again - come say hello next time, and we will give you the full tour of our building and all facilities - we can also get you a tour of the hostel so you can see their amazing facilities for their guests too :-)

Hi Jessica, we are really glad you enjoyed your stay - we have fibre internet which usually has 100MB upload and 100MB download however on the dates of your stay there was something happened in Edinburgh that affected all connections north of there so there was disruption to our guaranteed 'always on' service - this was out of our control and we can only apologise for this disruption to your stay.
