Comfortable twin bedded room. Lovely breakfasts. I am coeliac and there was no problem with the breakfast. Mine was cooked separately in the kitchen. All staff were lovely and welcoming.

Our standard room was smallish but worked fine for a couple and it was very clean. The reception staff were very helpful when we requested an early check-in to get ready for a wedding. The thing that let the whole thing down was the breakfast experience. The food was of very poor quantity and there was not enough available when we first got to the buffet. It took a manger to make an appearance before more hot food was made available. We paid £100 for the night and I would expect better quantity ingredients to be used for this price point.

The room was lovely, the staff outstanding very polite, we had to stay somewhere and this holiday inn came up, we had to kill 2 days, while my brother and his wife cleared covid, so there was little extra cash to spend, so we got drinks from the bar took them to the room to watch a film but the TV didn't work, reported it, but 2 days on still no TV, had to watch a film on the Mobil phone, wasn't very happy but what can you do when you have travelled 6 hours from home can't just turn round,

Hotel room very nice and staff very pleasant and helpful. However, the breakfast room is not as good as it was last year. It has been relocated and not as nice. The coffee machine kept running out of milk and this was consistent. Staff need to order much more milk and kerp on top of this - a bit unprofessional for such a big hotel.
