To start with they tried to double charge us because our “ Expedia reservation didn’t show paid” an hour later ( around midnight) we were given one of the last two rooms according to the app. Room number written on paper. Bathroom door only had knobs nothing to completely shut door. Mildew on bathroom ceiling, roach, drain backed up during shower, 2 towels for three people. Definitely not cleaned very well at all

This will be my last time booking here when going home. The housekeeper asked me to pile the used towels and rags in the room next to the door and she would get them. I came back to the room and they were still there. The breakfast was muffins, coffee, Sam’s club orange juice or apple juice. There were 4 other people staying there with dogs in there rooms and the front desk clerk was unaware of. After being told about the dogs barking interrupting our rest, nothing was done. Yeah I will not be staying here again!!!! Room 232 bathroom sink leaks, room 109 has dirt & trash behind couch, nightstand and tv stand. I had to wipe the tables down with Lysol wipes because they were sticky and filthy

Breakfast was terrible! Oranges were too old to even peel. No ubs ports in room. Some lights didn't work. Only two towels in room. Very sad hotel. We will never stay there again.

I had my reservation but front lady just repeated that they could not fnd my reservation in their system. She was so impolite. So I had to take another room at re eption. I was about double pay to hotel. Fortunately hotels.com worked fof refund but her attitude was the worst one ever.
