Arriving in Amman at midnight, we had a reservation at a property we had made at least two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, when we called them, they informed us that they did not have the room and expressed their apologies, stating that there was nothing they could do. We were left scrambling to find another place in the middle of the night in a foreign country. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the money. I have been in contact with Expedia, who has been unable to reach them for over a week. I strongly advise against staying or booking in this property.

I ended up staying at a different property in the exact same building, because the property manager was not responsive at all to all texts, calls or email and he cancelled my reservation at the time of check in!!! So i was fortunate to find another in the same building. he claimed there was construction in the building, but i got there and checked the entire building/tower and there was No construction. To me it was miss handling of the reservation.
