Our home is located in the Regatta; a small, quiet, gated community. Most of the owners are full-time residents. If you would not describe your group as “quiet,” then you may want to explore other accommodations. Our home is subject to rules of the HOA, including noise restrictions. Guests may not have more than 4 vehicles. Any trailers must be parked in the garage or off premises.

Downstairs includes two more bedrooms and two baths with access to a full covered patio and porch swing. One of the downstairs bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds to sleep four with two additional twin mattresses if needed and a full bathroom. The other downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. Central vac and security system. A short walk down a concrete path leads to covered boat slips and a community dock.

Short boat ride or drive to Portman Marina, The Galley and Green Pond Landing. Nice grocery options less than 5 minutes away. A boat slip is available for an additional charge, but you must coordinate with the owners if you plan to use it. Boat trailers are not allowed to be parked in the Regatta.
