The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and generous . Great coffee too. We had a lovely view down the valley .

Great location!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, perfekt eingebaut in ein uraltes Gebäude nur 50 Meter von der Basilika San Francesco entfernt. Die malerische Treppe zum Hoteleingang wird regelmässig von Touristen als Hintergrund für Fotos benutzt. Zudem arbeitet das Hotel mit einem günstigen Taxifahrer zusammen, der dich richtig verwöhnt!

This property was excellent! They were amazing! Everything has just been renovated and the entire hotel is beautiful, breakfast is good, and the staff was so accommodating. It is so close to the church of St. Francis. I highly recommend!!!

Lovely hotel, great service and location
Hotel Sorella Luna is a beautiful small hotel located a block away from St. Francis Basilica. Our room was small but lovely and the modern bathroom was comfortable. There is a very nice lobby with comfortable leather sofas and a front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful, reserved a taxi to the train station. Breakfast buffet was ample and the breakfast room is large with indoor and outdoor tables. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a three-minute walk from the Basilica of St Francis. It was recently renovated and it shows: everything looks new within the centuries-old structure. Staff were friendly and helpful; cleaning staff keep the place spotless.

Rien de spécial ! Hôtel confortable, personnel discrètement présent. Propreté et calme! Bon petit déjeuner, complet pour ceux qui en ont envie, mais petit bémol pour le pain, qui pour des français est précieux… il n’était pas salé et pas frais ! Mais on doit se faire aux coutumes du pays où l’on est accueilli.
