Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.

The hotel was massive and conveniently located to the State Farm arena (where we were attending a concert). The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is outdated for the price you have to pay. Pictures are not an accurate depiction of the quality of the rooms. Nice location. Check-in was overwhelming and and signage does not help you get to the correct tower or elevator for where you are staying.

Not what I expected from the Omni, reserved a king, was given a double bed, with lights that didn’t work, and a TV that was spotty.

I had not been to the Omni in years. My sister and I had a great experience. We stayed in the South Tower and loved it! We were participating in a 5k and wanted to be close the day of the race. This was the perfect location.
