I do want to complain about the managers' response to the compliants of no heat in the room that I checked in. I moved three times while at this location. I am not statisfied with the decision that Shantea, tge general manager provided. She was impersonalble and stated ahe would not be able to refund me a night's stay. Multiple heating units were dysfunctional I can't believe this is a IGH hotel.

We are not familiar with the Atlanta area, but this hotel was not as expected. We are glad we only spend one night; we are a family of 4 and when we asked for extra towels, the front desk person gave us a hard time. I noticed he also gave a hard time to the people in front of us that was claiming their bed sheets weren't clean. When we came back from our night out in downtown, there was the police, rescue, fire fighters, when we got into the elevator, we saw a guy being taken by paramedics, it looked like he overdosed. I believe it happened in our floor bcse we saw syringes in the hallway. And to top it off, after a very busy day and trying to rest, we realized the room didn't have curtains, I had to use my hair clip to put the sides together so we could sleep. It was not a very good experience, like I said very happy it was only one night.

The property is very old and needs to be renovated and there's a stank odor coming from the hallway carpet. Also there's no security patrolling the parking lot, but they have several signs posted outside stating park at your risk. If this info was provided on the website, I would've never booked this hotel. The room that was given to me 306 the ceiling in the room and bathroom looks like it's about to cave in smh.

My stay overall was pleasant aside from the fact that someone stole money out of our bag while we were in the lobby checking in and they were not cooperative with allowing us to find out if the person who took our money was still within the hotel I did formal police report and even then they would not view the cameras to see if the person who reached into our bag was still on the premises so that was very disappointing I lost a lot of money and all I got was an additional complimentary meal for breakfast I didn't feel like that compensated the amount of money that was stolen the room had a broken faucet at the sink and the hot and cold a pleak was missing was in the shower so I did initially burn myself because the direction I thought to make the water cooler was not correct other than that it was clean the beds are super comfy the cleaning stuff was super friendly and I would stay again but I know now to keep all of my bags on my body at all times

Bathroom was dirty and had many patches in walls. Bed was good. Property advertises free coffee in lobby in the mornings, not the case, $3.24. Paid for it, but don’t promote it.
