8/5 入住 This room was reserved for Vietnamese friends. In the evening, Vietnamese friends told the counter that there was no air-conditioning. The current service staff said that they had to give them an electric fan. There is no need to change the house. This is simply bullying your locals. It’s so expensive for one night. It’s treated like this, it’s dumbfounding.

雖然大部分的人都會入住舊城區的飯店!但是舊城區環境也比較混亂!相對河內泛太平洋飯店周邊環境舒服多了!房間很大浴室也很大!五星級的飯店有一定的水準!頂樓的酒BAR一定要去!調酒不貴但是可以看到河內很棒的夜景!真的很值得

Have to cancel the booking of a day trip due to adverse weather. It was after hour when I had no choice but to seek help from the conceiage. Great thanks to the staff I received full attention and the matters were resolved efficiently.

The swimming pool is quite big when comparing to other hotels (not those resorts). The hotel itself is quite old. The bed (twin beds room) is quite small tho.The foods at The Summit & Song Hong Bar are really tasty. In general, is ok.

Great place to stay!
Receptionists very friendly and helpful ! Bed very comfortable as I expected! I was stayed in level 9, it’s beautiful view look through the windows .nice and quiet! Foods are normal but in a standard level. Only thing I would comment will be the hairdryer, a bit tire to use it as the finger need to be pressed on the power button to get it work. Should have a better one! Overall, my stay in the Pan pacific in HaNoi is pleasant! And very happy with the services!

Bad record system
In general good, location and environment are good. However, we were unhappy about their record system and service. I used to book this hotel for my every business trip and of course I booked 2 rooms 2 nights with Free Breakfast thru hotel.com for this trip thru Hotel.com. While we checked in at the late evening, they insisted our booked was no free breakfast provided and spoke to my colleague impolitely. Even we shown our supporting email from the hotel.com's customer service on the next day morning, they still claimed there's no such record in their system. Surely they found out that our record is correct and voided the bill in the next day evening.

My girlfriend had Chinese currency and when we found out the hotel exchange does not buy in CNY, the bell boy took us to a nearby exchange boutique and got us a good rate. Only issue I had was the walls were not really sound proof (didn't help the fact we stayed close to the elevator lobby as well). Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time for me staying there, the service is perfect & room is tidy. I like the bed which is soft & confortable, that is one of the reasons I stay again this time!!
