Nous avons réservé cette établissement pour notre dernière journée avant de prendre notre avion dans la nuit. Celui-ci fait le job, ensemble vieillissant mais clim / piscine / bouteille d'eau et frigo. L'accès à la plage de Sanur nécessite une bonne marche mais à 10 minutes on retrouve des petits restau... etc

Super basic, worked for us for 1 night but definitely wouldn't have done anything more and wouldn't come back. Best book your taxi to leave before you arrive as there's nothing around the hotel – no driver, no restaurant, etc.

Vi ankom hotellet og måtte vente lenge på innskjekking, de visste ikke at vi hadde reservert flrdi de ikke hadde skjekket mailen sin.Bestilte et rom med utsikt til hage, det fikk vi ikke. Rommet var simpelt, toalettet virket ikke, dusjvannet luktet forferdelig og internett virket ikke. Kommer aldri tilbake

Old and not well maintained
Old and not well maintained facilities, not good cleaning was carried and service also under expectations (our driver was also surprised by the concierge service not coming to great us at arrival and help with luggage). We changed hotel after the first night.

A lovely place to stay close to the beach
We had to find a last-minute hotel close to both the airport and the beach in the Denpasar area, and this hotel was perfect. It was inexpensive, but didn't feel cheap. The room was perfectly adequate, the pool was lovely, and the breakfast was good. It is an easy walk to the beach and the resort area, without having to pay resort prices. Great find!

A hidden gem on a forgotten piece of beach.
Our stay here was great, overall. The hotel is neat, the pool is very nice for a relaxing swim. The staff is also very friendly and can easily help you get a cab, (motor)bike or transfer to or from the airport. The only downside of this hotel is its location. You do have a glimpse of the sea from the restaurant area which is very lovely, but it's located at the end of the beach. A part that isn't as lively as the places further down. In short: an amazing find with great value for money, but be sure to take a stroll further down the beach if you're looking for a nice place to eat.

Dear Daphne, Thank you for your feedback. We believed that you enjoyed your stay. We just recently finished renovating our bathrooms, which is brand new. There are plenty of shops about 10 minutes walk from our property, which is located at jalan cemara, but i guess you missed these streets. We still hasn't got any reply yet about the compensation of the stolen bathmat and our towels by your group. If you can reply to our email, it will be greatly appreciated, thank you Regards,

Don't believe the pictures!
The photos of this property are at least 10 years old. It's very run down, the pool is not clean (very cloudy), and the linen and bedding is very old. Nothing like the pictures as advertised here. Will definitely not be returning here.

In fact, we have many repeats guest who enjoy their stay with us. Our linen is newly bought every year. We also maintain our pool in daily basis. Great price, location and general facilities. However issues with Internet connectivity and Satellite TV reception need to be resolved more permanently. Staff very good though on fixing once informed but this was required more than once a week.

Good hotel, short walk to beach
Very good hotel at low cost. Easy walk to beach. Beach not as attractive as those 15 minutes walk away, with hotels four or six imes the cost, but that didn’t bother us. One comment for hotel management: Appearance of water in the pool was not as clear and clean as it could be - that didn’t bother me but it did my wife who didn’t go swimming. Excellent service from the staff . I strongly recommend hotel for any budget conscious vacationer.

De reservering via expedia was een kamer achteraan het pand en stonk heel erg. was er heel vochtig en muf. handdoeken stonken. dit werd gecompenseerd door een tv met decoder neer te zetten. natuurlijk werd ons een upgrade aangeboden dat hebben we ook gedaan. deze kamer was oke geen tv met decoder die in de andere kamer wel was. voor kort verblijf prima kamer.

Огромный красивый номер, я брала 2х комнатный. Достаточно чисто для Индонезии, скажем так...пристойно. До пляжа недалёко, но нужно пройти через местную площадь с чем-то типа рынка. Завтрак так себе, если есть возможность, лучше поесть в городе.

Das Hotel ist abgewohnt, dreckig, stinkt und hat Schädlingsbefall. Wir waren drei Nächte in drei unterschiedlichen Zimmern in denen es unglaublich dreckig war und ein übler Geruch herrschte. Auf die Spitze gebracht haben es zahlreiche Kakerlaken sowie schimmelige Bettwaren ( in allen Zimmern ). Auch die Lautstärke im Zimmer ist hoch und störend. Das Frühstück ist nich gut und dauert sehr lange da es keinen Koch gibt und die Angestellten ein Essen nach dem Anderen zubereiten. Kommunikation ist deutlich erschwert da kaum Englisch gesprochen wurde. Von “sea view” ist nichts zu sehen. Besser beschrieben wäre es wohl mit “Wall view / air condition view” - das meer ist nicht zu sehen.

Dear Guest, Thank you for providing us with feedback. We have changed your pillow to our new king koil pillow. I believed that this issue was directly addressed. Regarding the room, we have also moved you to our deluxe room which is newly renovated. We have regularly put insect pesticide, since it was the raining season, the insect somehow managed to slip into the drainage. Small hotel, pleasant enough
Pleasant hotel. Small. Basic breakfast. Quiet location, enjoyable stroll to the beach, restaurants etc. Lovely cheap restaurant 'mama putu' nearby. Garden view suite suited our needs travelling with a toddler, we were able to put her cot in the lounge area and retire to the bedroom with the attached bathroom, not disturbing her. Staff were nice. A little confusion over a late checkout due to lack of english, but outside of that we had a great experience...oh and the blanket on our bed was too small for the bed...

街中から離れた静かなホテル。
サヌールの街中から離れた小さいホテル。 まわりに何もないので暗くなってから出歩くのは少し怖いです。レストランはないので夕食はサヌール街中まで行きました。タクシーで30.000rp以内で行けます。 朝は自転車を無料で貸してもらえるのでビーチ沿いをサイクリングできて気持ちよかったです。 朝食つきのプランにしましたが、簡単なものなのでビーチのレストランで食べた方が良いかも。 シービューと言っても遠くに少し見えるだけなので。 隣の部屋の声は結構聞こえます。クーラーはよくききました。 日本語は通じませんが英語でコミュニケーションをとれます。 お湯は各部屋で沸かすタイプで途中でぬるくなってしまいました...。Hotels.comの日本語サイトでは浴槽とありますがバスタブはありません。

Small, quiet hotel near the beach
This hotel is only small. It's perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. The pool is small but very nice. Breakfast is limited in variety, you are fine if you like egg, but not a big deal. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Only thing I would say it the bathroom could do with updating a little. Hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the beach where you can find many restaurants. Definately a good hotel for the price!
