設施比較舊,房間的確很大,裏面有小廚房,很方便。附近以小食師及小店為多,購物不是最方便,旁邊的商場很多空置店舖,整棟大廈都好像沒有租客。只有酒店頂樓的餐廳最旺,其餘地方空蕩蕩。

As I have recently joined the hotel, I genuinely welcome your feedback in a constructive manner and to look at ways to improve our guest's experience in the future.However, I understand that your recent stay was not up to your expectations and noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the condition of the room, the quality of the towels and the cleanliness of the sofa. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and apologize for any disappointment caused, which is certainly not the type of experience I would like us to provide to you nor to any guests. Rest assured that I will review the cleanliness of the sofa with the team and take the appropriate corrective action to avoid such negative feeling to other guests in the future. With regards to the quality of the towels, I am terribly sorry for any discomfort. Please be informed that, we are in the process of replacing the towels and linen in our guest's rooms in order to further elevate the comfort of our guests. The room given wasn’t the one shown in the photos on the booking website. The room is dark, not pleasantly scented. The toothpaste and toothbrush is not given in the first place and must be requested, even the hot water kettle. The TV remote is very hard to use and the choices of TV PROGRAMMEs are limited.

Area to improve: We were going to Sky Bar but a staff took us to Pink Bar... and kept asking us to order drink first. If the staff knew that we were intended to visit Sky Bar then they should not kept us there. (Feel like scam)

到達大堂, 已感受到五星級服務. 因為不需要你排隊, 會先安排你坐下, 隨後職員會過來同你check in和介紹吓酒店設施. 入住四晚, upgrade了我們的房間, 超開心. 因為房間很大, 還有河景. 接觸過所有職員都很有禮貌和Helpful. Sky Bar風景很美, 不過消費都頗高. 酒店buffet不錯. 泳池不太, 但健身室頗大. 平安夜在房間可以欣賞河畔煙花, 真是意外收穫. 附近有很多地道美食, 和比較經濟的按摩店. 5分鐘路程就有便利店, Robinson. 8分鐘路程便到BTS. 走到河畔也不遠. 很高興選擇入住了這酒店. 下次會再入住.

I stayed at this property for two nights, and it was amazing! The hotel itself is gorgeous and pretty big. The staff are very friendly and helpful also. The only thing that could have been better was the bed, it was just too firm for me. Overall, I would definitely come back here!

Despite the generally excellent staff service, this hotel is in dire need of renovation and renewal. A lot of the furnishings, wall, carpets are badly worn and the hot water is unreliable. Nevertheless for what was charged I think this hotel is reasonably good.

My only complaint was there was a long wait to get the elevators to the high floor rooms in the evenings when the high-end restaurants on FL64 were open. Once we waited 15min for a free elevator. Recommend they have a dedicated guest elevator.

スタッフの方もお部屋も食事も眺めも最高で、元々2泊の予約でしたが現地で1泊延長しました。そのくらい気に入りました。 朝食ビュッフェもしっかり3回行きましたが、品数が多い上に毎日メニューが異なりとてもワクワクしました。お寿司やお味噌汁といった日本食もあります。 眺望やスカイバーは言わずもがな最高でした。 部屋の設備も良く、1日中引きこもっていられます。 バンコクで一番大きな水上バス乗り場や、鉄道駅も徒歩10分圏内にあるので移動も非常に楽です。 待ち時間が少ない両替所も近所に2ヶ所あります。 一点気になるところと言えばエレベーターの待ち時間が少し長いところです。階層によってエレベーターホールが分けられており、51階以上専用エレベーターはスカイバーへ行くこともあり余計に待つのかなと思いました。 人生の大事な思い出になりました。おすすめです。

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Dem Hagover-Hype wird es voll gerecht, jedoch sind die Zimmer für ein 5* Hotel absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Auf unserer diesjährigen Reise die schlechtesten Zimmer in einem 5* Hotel. Service war gut. Frühstück erstklassig, 5* ! Völlig überzogene Preise in der Sky-Bar. Schade das die Cocktails nicht ein entsprechendes Niveau haben.
