My stay at the Tower Club was fantastic! The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay. Five stars!

放鬆休悠行
房間景觀開揚，兩個露台望見不同景觀，房間本身非常大，只是本身已有超過10年歷史，所以設備未必升級，例如電視尺寸較小等。而天台skybar景觀是不錯，附近無太多遮擋。 距離bts站約10分鐘，一條直路基本上就見到酒店。

The river view room isn’t 100% can see the river. A little bit different with the pictures on Hotels.com . Dodo car only pick you up to BTS station for free, but need to go back to hotel by walk 10-15mins and through a quite mess local street. Michelin 2 stars Chef’s Table is truly recommend to dinner , excellent cousins & wine let me enjoy the wonderful night.

共住四晚，第一晚入住是，洗手間的便盆堵塞了，通知客服，很快就派人來完成維修。 第一晚洗澡的淋浴花灑水壓超低，水壓十分弱，第二天早上通知客服後，很快就維修妥當。 之後的幾天住得十分舒適，很滿意。 客服為表歉意，於第二晚送了我們一支白酒，第三晚送了四張免費飲品券讓我們到 SkyBar 享用，十分貼心。 整體是十分滿意，一定會再來入住。

房間很大很舒適（狹長型）/整體而言蠻不錯
飯店人員專人接待 全英文很有耐心，剛好遇到帥哥 房間很大，有一個客廳（很多小沙發還夠放加床），很大的浴室，還有臥房跟陽台看景，住58樓很高，景還不錯，白天跟晚上，看的到樓下有酒吧（圓台站著的），可惜浴室乾濕分離的水龍頭不能拿，只有浴缸那邊的可以，M樓早餐選擇性很多，但是對我而言cp太低，或許52樓的比較好，住高樓層的規格，可以選52或M樓（看網路人家分享的）

行政lounge服儀規定因膚色而彈性不同
房間寬敞舒適乾淨，我們住河景房可以免費使用行政lounge。夜景非常棒，早餐豐富選擇多很豐盛。唯一也是讓我非常無法諒解的是Lounge 的服儀規範標準不一，且因膚色不同而有差別。明明第一天跟第二天我先生穿的褲子都一樣（九分休閒褲），但是第一天可以進入（且於第一天並無任何提醒不妥之處），第二天卻不讓我們進去了。門口的接待女士堅持要我先生去一樓租衣服或買一件褲子換。然後進入卻看到很多白人女士穿著露趾涼鞋，然後也看到男性白人穿著五分休閒褲依然允許進入的情況。服務人員明顯對歐美人士較友善健談，卻對亞洲人冷淡不多招呼。請問貴飯店是比較歡迎歐美人士不歡迎亞洲人士是嗎？

Good services and delicious breakfast. Beautiful view from our room. The location is convenient. It is about 10 minutes walk from BTS Sephan Taksin Station. However, there is no elevator/escalator to the BTS platform at Sephan Taksin Station. We have to carry our heavy luggage ourselves walk up the stairs to platform, not good experience.

Small swimming pool for 5-stars hotel
Hotel provided delicious breakfast. The swimming pool is small for such a big hotel. Not able to enjoy swimming in the morning as the pool is situated beside breakfast area. Tables are around swimming pool for guests to enjoy pool side breakfast.

54樓雙床房間很大也舒適， 網路還好而已，要自己備wifi機比較好。 陽台景色看的到街景和河景。 同行孩子可以免費使用早餐，早餐豐富好吃，飯店早餐少見有泰式青木瓜沙拉 很好吃， 炭烤豬肉和培根的口味很好！ 如要到52樓lounge需另外付費。 飯店附近有商場可以逛，商場內有超市、屈臣氏、麥當勞等其他速食餐廳。 距離BTS大約8-10分鐘路程。 從BTS旁碼頭搭免費接駁船到iconsiam很方便， Iconsiam每天有幾個時段的水舞秀可以看， 裡面有小型水上市場各式泰式小吃都有， 但價格會是外面1.5倍左右，不過有冷氣逛街吃小吃很方便。
