Hotel shuttle
Hotel itself is good, clean and tidy. It takes at least 10 mins walk between BTS and the hotel. The hotel shuttle needs advance booking, it only provides going to the BTS service but without picking up service. The drop off point to the BTS is scary, it is in the middle of the road.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very easy to call grab or taxi. The room is quite noisy because the hotel located very close to the road / highway. I’m stayed in 13th floor, still can hear the noisy sound clearly and there is a hospital nearby, you can hear ambulance passed by in the morning. The room is comfy, although the facilities is a bit worn. The staff are super nice and helpful. I fell warm welcomed every time I back to the hotel.

New and Stylish hotel. Great service and friendly staff. There is free tuk tuk shuttle to BTS Phaya Thai station. Besides, the hotel roof top restaurant provide good food and plenty selection of drinks. During my 5 nights staying, if I really say something made me slightly uncomfortable that must be some ignorance customer smoking in their room causing fause fire alarm in middle of the night and early morning. I believe it’s just individual case.

飯店新開沒多久，規模雖不大但小而巧，這次入住還被升等房間，房內有圓形浴缸挺新奇的，但是沒有另外的淋浴空間，只能站在浴缸裡淋浴，進出也不是很方便；雖浴缸周圍有簾子擋住，但ㄧ不小心仍會滲水，洗完澡浴室裡都淹水了呢:-I 要特別推薦的是飯店內有泰式料理教室，事先預定就可以參加，教學的主廚是ㄧ位年輕女主廚，很可愛也很認真教學，做完料理很有成就感呢！當天時段預約只有我們所以可以盡情提問ㄧ對ㄧ教學。廚藝教室結束後還附贈了雞尾酒小教室，由吧台經理出來教學，很風趣教的雞尾酒也是簡單又好喝！在學雞尾酒期間飯店人員會協助將剛才製作好的料理送到頂樓的泳池旁餐廳，也可以另外點飲料搭配餐點，真的覺得料理課非常物超所值，推薦給想學泰式料理的旅客，完全不用另外舟車勞頓去料理教室，這裡收費也很合理，住宿客人還會打九折，推薦給有興趣的人喔～！

整體品質不錯 CP值高 服務好 但飯店空間略顯狹小 小地方需改善
人員服務親切 但尖峰時間服務人員不太足夠 check-out時客人多等待許久 飯店佔地不大 房間也不大 整體來說會有點壓迫感 而且房間內部有點潮濕的感覺 這部分可能飯店除濕可能需要加強 雖有幾個小缺點 但已價格跟服務來說 CP值還是蠻高的 飯店離機場捷運站很近 很適合最後一天回國前時入住 飯店空中酒吧景色很好 泳池也很漂亮 只是都不大

It’s 3 mins away from the Airport Link Rathchaprarop station which makes it super convenient to travellers landing in BKK airport. It takes 15 mins walk down to Central World area which is awesome as well. The amenities are great especially their bathtub is so photogenic! Moreover the hotel offers you bath bomb so you could enjoy a relax bath after a tiring day. Yet, they didn’t provide any international adaptor. The hotel surroundings didn’t have a lot of spot to explore. There’s a night the staff didn’t refill the body gel so I made calls down to the front desk. The hotel staff is helpful though! And I appreciate the staffs for returning me my wallet after I accidentally left on my bed when I checked out. The housekeeping staff handed to the front desk at once! They are very sincere and honest! Thanks for making my stay a wonderful one.
