房間電視什麼都看不了,只能看酒店自家廣告。退房安排混亂,Lower Lobby既設計安排嚴重失當,有團體旅遊巴士停泊在門前出口,的士已經不能駛入,我只能自行行出外面暴曬等車,極差的體驗,我寧願要舊方法 Check in Check out同層。職員大多有禮,地點也方便的,但糟糕的管理令人卻步

出發前兩個月已經訂了房,要求高層及觀景比較好的房,但到入住時只給14樓層的房,觀景又不佳的房間 ,冰箱又非常不潔,樓層整日經常有裝修聲音。我是用貴價錢訂,一次過付款,景然給我這種房間。酒店有30多層高,給我底層,話沒房,現時疫情,應該還有很多房間。

房間清潔 廁所夠大 房間望出去個風境唔錯 住左2晚 試過兩次有服務員禁鐘話要入黎,第一次話要Fill番雪櫃D收費零食,第二次就話要清潔房間,最離譜第三次係下午3-4點直接用佢張房咭開門入黎 (事前無禁鐘)話清潔房間,問我地做咩無出去。
