位置方便,隣近BTS,步行不需要五分鐘,離Terminal21,祇需十分鐘內的步程,周邊的食肆也很多選擇

熱情服務,設施殘舊

酒店服務員的態度很好,服務亦很周到。可惜酒店的設施有點殘舊,整潔程度一般。

Air conditioning malfunctioned. Door lock malfunctioned. The Hotel is willing to change room but it takes a long time.

清潔待加強,鄰近地鐵,附近交通方便也有很多餐廳和大排檔

房間整體來說還算可以,只是在拿到房卡時無法感應樓層虛驚一場。 住的是比較新的Tower Wing,裝潢不新不舊但清潔度有待加強,感覺有些灰塵,地毯不夠乾淨,不敢赤腳踩在上面,洗澡時就算浴簾拉得緊緊的,水仍會留到地板上,一整晚都無法排水,地板濕滑很危險。 白天偶有跳電情況,但5分鐘後便來電。 樓下有很多餐廳和便利商店,離地鐵很近。

酒店位置很便利,酒店附近有便利店,對面有小食店可以隨時找吃的,不過酒店附近挺多酒吧挺多人,而且有一點就是酒店不提供牙刷牙膏,要自備。其他的都方便,酒店房間挺大的。整體來說還不錯
