This is the second time I choose Marriott Bangkok, but I was being asked to pay for the upgrade for the both time, which is a bit not feeling comfortable about it. 一般五星级的酒店，他基本上可以过关： 1/ 我住的是行政楼层40楼，很好嗯，浴室部是真正的大理石的，豪华不庸俗！ 2/早餐花样很多，可以应付一般的客人。 要改进的地方如下： 1/ 浴室的马桶应该是智能的，因为很多的酒店都是，如果按五星级要求他都不够好。 2/ 早餐花样虽然多，但是质量不够高。甚至出现苍蝇在桌子上爬。 3/ 礼宾部的接待，部分的门僮是非常热情很好，但是他的主管，应有所改进，他们在没有客人的时候，互相打闹影响形象。 3/ 所有员工，尤其是早餐部的接待员，他们的英文全部带有强烈的泰国尾音，当我们听不懂的时候，他们很不以为然。这时，欧美的客人是很客气的，向我抱以會心的微笑。
