This is the second time I choose Marriott Bangkok, but I was being asked to pay for the upgrade for the both time, which is a bit not feeling comfortable about it. 一般五星级的酒店,他基本上可以过关: 1/ 我住的是行政楼层40楼,很好嗯,浴室部是真正的大理石的,豪华不庸俗! 2/早餐花样很多,可以应付一般的客人。 要改进的地方如下: 1/ 浴室的马桶应该是智能的,因为很多的酒店都是,如果按五星级要求他都不够好。 2/ 早餐花样虽然多,但是质量不够高。甚至出现苍蝇在桌子上爬。 3/ 礼宾部的接待,部分的门僮是非常热情很好,但是他的主管,应有所改进,他们在没有客人的时候,互相打闹影响形象。 3/ 所有员工,尤其是早餐部的接待员,他们的英文全部带有强烈的泰国尾音,当我们听不懂的时候,他们很不以为然。这时,欧美的客人是很客气的,向我抱以會心的微笑。
