什麼都沒有,連行李櫃子的鎖也要自己出去買,冷氣也有開放時間限制,或許是我自己不適合住,我寧願貼一點錢去住旅館

The hostel is conveniently located in the red light district of the city. The room is okay while the toilets are a bit disappointing. Overall speaking, it is good value for money.

Unbelievable
Firstly, I already mention the check-out time online with their staff, he said it’s OK we can delay until 1 PM,after that another staff told us we have to check out by noon, and he also mention that guy on the internet don't know their system, but he can still answer the guest whatever he want!?! That is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I don't care who talk to me on the web, someone who talk to me represent the hostel, he do responsible for what he told the guest. However, the front desk agent told me they are full on the other day, I do not mind if you can't delay but at least you have to apologize, he just kept saying it was the other guy's fault, well that guy wasn't here! And I'm expecting one "sorry"!!But clearly he didn't and he extends for 1 hour at last. Honestly, I do appreciate he extend for us but I just can't accept his attitude as a front desk agent. And by the way, they do not provide any toothpick even they provide simple breakfast in the morning, and they do not provide liquid hand wash or soap, sleepers and even toothbrush as well!!And the information they provide for the driver LITERALLY USELESS! Every time the taxi driver drove us the wrong way!!That’s insane! The front desk agent in the morning she's nice and helpful. The room is clean. But overall, I'm definitely are not going to visit this hostel anymore!

便宜舒適的背包客棧
訂的是四人房,所以有兩張上下舖,可是很乾淨,廁所是馬桶一間,淋浴一間,床旁牆邊有開關可以弄成桌子吃飯,很不錯,距離NANA站要在走五分鐘,很近而且這裡都是酒吧超級熱鬧,晚上不用擔心沒東西吃,還有便利商店,很不錯的地理位置,以為背包客棧沒電梯,結果居然有電梯耶!~讓我們很開心,退房時,服務人員態度很好,下次還會再繼續訂這家,CP值超高的!

High cost performance rate
The room was clean and comfy. The staff was helpful and nice. The location was very convenient and it was closed to Nana BTS station. Generally, it was a great experience. However, the door lock of the room was broken on the second day and it still was not fixed before I checked out.

Quiet and safe histel in NANA
Nana is a night club district but the hostel still remain safe and clean and quiet in a alley. But the location is a bit hard to find, need to ask locals. 2 different 24-hr store nearby, and many restaurant. Room is clean and spacious. Air con running well. The only disadvantage is that the pillow and mattress are hard so i don't feel good enough....

很开心,希望热水能有待加强。
位置还算是很好找的,就在NANA地铁站,还好有地铁,曼谷实在是太堵了,往前几个站有各大购物中心,店员都超级好的,相处很愉快,唯一不足的就是浴室热水很揪心,有时候有有时候没有,不好调。

Staff not visible, AC in rooms in not sufficient , doors don’t lock (main entrance and rooms), old showers, not clean, no fridge , no ambiance in the hostel, but I had no real problem. The place is just terrible if you like to feel secure and relax.

It was very quiet, the front desk workers were very friendly, and the cleaning staff did a great job. It was also nice that they gave me bottled water every day. Highly recommended. I would be happy to stay there again!

Had to wash our own bed linens upon checkout!
The receptionist was very kind and serviceminded, but when we were checking out of the room the bed linens had some spots of blood on them because my girlfriend had scraped her knee. We then were asked to pay 500 baht for them to clean the linens, or we could wash them ourselves. We thought this was excorbitant for minor spots on the linens that would wash out easy. We opted to clean them ourselves, it took us 5 minutes with cold water and soap. We then had to pay 50 baht to wash the linens in their washing machine, and were not allowed to leave until the machine was done. After, we had to pay 40 baht to dry the linens in their dryer. We are coming back to BKK in a couple of weeks and were thinking to stay here again for that stay, but with this experience we will choose some other accommadation. Never have I had to pay to wash dirty bedding. This is something that always is included in the hotel service. We stayed in a private double room with private bathroom.

Kind, Comfortable, Convenient
The best part of any stay is the people. This budget hostel with nice private rooms was exactly what we wanted. Most important, the staff were courteous and efficient. The hostel is down a side street from Sukhumvit 4, away from the noise of the night life, but only a short walk away. Nearby restaurants offer every kind of food you might want. We stayed here for over two weeks, and would do it again without hesitation. For the budget-minded, this is a place to consider!
