Firstly, I already mention the check-out time online with their staff, he said it’s OK we can delay until 1 PM,after that another staff told us we have to check out by noon, and he also mention that guy on the internet don't know their system, but he can still answer the guest whatever he want!?!
That is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I don't care who talk to me on the web, someone who talk to me represent the hostel, he do responsible for what he told the guest. However, the front desk agent told me they are full on the other day, I do not mind if you can't delay but at least you have to apologize, he just kept saying it was the other guy's fault, well that guy wasn't here! And I'm expecting one "sorry"!!But clearly he didn't and he extends for 1 hour at last. Honestly, I do appreciate he extend for us but I just can't accept his attitude as a front desk agent.
And by the way, they do not provide any toothpick even they provide simple breakfast in the morning, and they do not provide liquid hand wash or soap, sleepers and even toothbrush as well!!And the information they provide for the driver LITERALLY USELESS! Every time the taxi driver drove us the wrong way!!That’s insane!

The room is clean. But overall, I'm definitely are not going to visit this hostel anymore!
