Excellent service provided by hotel manager Mr. Nattapol,since i travel with 2 sisters,Mr. Nattapol tried his best to arrange our rooms on the same floor.
Before we started the trip, i email to Furama hotel asked for some questions,Mr Nattapol replied my email again and again patiently.

值得一再入住的酒店
酒店位於silom旅游区,去patpong夜市步行15分钟,到chong nosi bts站步行15分钟。
酒店房间舒适,宽敞,房间每天有打掃清洁,毛巾浴巾也可以每天更換,已入住多次这酒店了。
酒店早餐很多不同食物提供。

The concierge is not really helpful and some don’t really speak English . Besides that the washroom looks old and the room really dim . It looks very old in the room . The furnitures and lights was broke somehow . And they don’t provided or refill shampoo and showers gel for the next day . And they should have provide slippers .

2 nights at Furama Silom Bangkok
Nice hotel with very reasonable price. Convenient location. Just that we booked for 2 adults and 2 children but breakfast covered only 2 persons.

I arrived early & requested early check-in, they requested 1000THB which is crazy & inflexibility. I wait until 2.00pm then they let me wait another 10mins, the room is dirty: hair on the bed, furniture is old & dirty too; I won't stay this hotel again
by the way, hotel staff is impolite
In general, the hotel is good. But the wifi is much slower and weak than before. Can't do a visual contact on apps, just text messages and voicemails.
I requested my room close to the elevator but finally I stayed last 3rd room which is a long walk back and forth few times a day.

In my previous stay, the room was fine.
The superior room selection in my last stay was v because the bathroomery wrong
Because the bathroom was very dirty and very squishy It's like a detailed cleaning hasn't been done for a long time.
That's why I'm not satisfied at all
