Overall a fairly good hotel with a efficient staff team, satisfactory food in restaurant and very good croissant/coffee in breakfast ! However, there is a very annoying front desk practice there : My rooms w/ breakfast are fully paid for when I booked, but the staff still insisted that I need to place a sizable deposit of a few thousand baht as I've booked to stay a few days, and she confirmed that if you booked & paid for a 10 days stay, you have to place a 10,000 baht deposit ! It certainly not a normal int'l hotel practice either. Management certainly need to look into this funny practice.
