洗手台水龍頭太靠近洗臉盆，洗手洗臉時水總是溢到外面，淋浴間沒門水洗澡時水會溢出。枕頭有異味，床單棉被黏黏的不清爽，研判應該沒換，本想要求更換，但因隔天早班機，需4點多起床而作罷，但整晚睡得不舒服，難以入眠。

酒店清潔，從前台服務員至客房服務員，都十分友善，盡責。入住酒店第一天，因電視問題，客房服務員來回房間3次之多。但仍保持專業獲友善態度。十分難得。第二天前台服務員竟然提問房間電視情況如何？可能是我第一天多次麻煩他們，所以對我印象深刻。真的很難得。另外行李部的服務員更是難得， 每天都安排我們乘坐酒店的接駁巴士。這是一次十分滿意的旅程。謝謝酒店各位員工。

我們一家四口住五晚，給予我們套房。 我們零晨五點到步，本來要中午以後才有房，但酒店提早十點前就讓我們上房。 酒店整體很好，步行去兩個BTS 站都是十多分鐘。 圍繞酒店很多小販，又有便利店及Tops supermarket.

附近沒有有捷運站，但是可以從這邊坐船去對岸的商場，附近有很大的便利商店，房內的設施有一點舊，如果是要到附近的 Jewelry Trade Center 採買礦石珠寶的話這是一個好選擇!

Overall a fairly good hotel with a efficient staff team, satisfactory food in restaurant and very good croissant/coffee in breakfast ! However, there is a very annoying front desk practice there : My rooms w/ breakfast are fully paid for when I booked, but the staff still insisted that I need to place a sizable deposit of a few thousand baht as I've booked to stay a few days, and she confirmed that if you booked & paid for a 10 days stay, you have to place a 10,000 baht deposit ! It certainly not a normal int'l hotel practice either. Management certainly need to look into this funny practice.

Good location, close to Iconsiam. Friendly staff. Acceptable cleanliness of room, poor design of shower with no door. Leaking water after shower was a mess. Should provide more floor mat. Breakfast was okay with fresh fruits and cook to order egg station. Hotel needs renovation as it looks outdated.

Nice and helpful staff, but there was a small cockroach in the room when I got in, then staff changed another room for me. The new room was good but found the shower heads couldn’t be functioned in exchanging from fixed shower head to hand held shower head. Fortunately there’s worker at midnight and came to fix finally. The hotel is not bad in overall, 15 mins to BTS station and pier to Asiatique night market, and 2 Family Mart stores are nearby.
