Good location, Staff are super nice. 酒店有點舊,但整體尚可,浴室膠邊有點發霉發黃,會有一點點水跑到淋浴間外,很多皮具都日氧化掉皮,例如浴室裝日用品的盤子,床頭的靠枕。電視沒有節目。早餐選擇還可以,應該是每天都會變。其中一個杯子上有唇膏印,當時也跟員工反映。 尚算滿意今次住宿,但未必會再次選擇。

The room is very spacious and the staff are all nice and helpful. Unfortunately the bathroom is not qualified that the water pipes and shower facilities are under standard. The water pressure is too low and the temperature is not stable, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. Also the amenities' types are too limited, only dental kit and cotton pads. The staff also forgot to place the free water in room, which we discovered another day.

the lobby is good and their service is good....but the room is not as good as five star hotel. The door lock is always malfunctioned. The worst thing is the indoor switch sensor. Lights and A/C shut down unexpectedly in the midnight. The room number is 2017.

酒店外表很好,內裏無論房內設備,前台職員,禮賓部職員,房務部職員,表現有非常大的進步空間。尤其12月2日check in時未有房間,先寄存行李,但當時那禮賓部較高級的職員非常不禮貌,此外,房內電視,壞的,難以相信。電話永無職員接聽,前台職員亦不友善,難以相信住進5星級酒店。我不會入住第二次或推介給朋友。唯一想表揚一位2樓餐廳Twenty Seven Bites早餐時段職員"Kim",每次見到她,對所以客人(包括我)都笑容滿面,非常禮貌及友善,服務亦充滿熱誠,讚。

沒有五星級酒店的價值,只有五星級酒店的價錢
這是五星級酒店,收費也是。但房間沒有拖鞋,不知是漏了還是沒補,每次清掃完,要嘛少了肥皂,少了浴袍,床頭小費照拿。辦理入住非常久,check in 櫃檯一直說沒有我的紀錄,要我再提供訂單編號,還是說沒有,她請旁人看,就馬上看到了,花了25分鐘以上。房間聽的到電梯聲音。離BTS不算近。以上這些都可以接受。但是!某天晚上從healthy lend按摩完坐嘟嘟車回到飯店講好100元(只有一公里的距離),司機自己跑錯飯店,後到了跟我們要200,態度很差。找了櫃檯人員幫忙,他竟然完全站在嘟嘟車司機,完全不協調不處理,我們說明了司機說謊,但飯店人員最後卻問我們,那你們要我怎樣??他明知到是惡意敲竹槓!!我們只能付了200,感覺非常差。當初會找五星級酒店,就是希望遇到狗屁倒灶的事情,酒店可以幫忙。我在其他五星級酒店的評價看到,有人也是發生一樣的事情,他們是直接請房客上樓,他們自己和嘟嘟車司機處理。非常不建議入住,會壞了出遊興致。

房間清潔整齊,大堂舒適寧靜,員工友善, 距離Asok bts站7至9分鐘腳程,泳池雖然不大,但人不多, 尤其黃昏後常常得一兩個人 , 早上九時前也沒什麼人 ,所以我覺得夠用了,唯獨房間光線太太太暗了,晚上燈光暗得常以為還未開燈,希望改善。

這次是結婚週年紀念再去的,整體和2年前沒有太大的分別。只是企缸花灑頭太大導致出水很弱。地上死角位有一丁點垃圾。酒店設施和環境很舒服,下次都會再住。

Very good service and pleasant stay!
I have stayed 5 nights in 2 stays in 2 consecutive months. Each staff has their very pleasant smile on their faces and they are trying their best to fix my problem. The Concierge and Front Desk staff also remember who I am and provide efficient service as needed. Genuinely 5-star service standard. The hotel is extremely clean, be it in the room or public area including health club, lobby and coffee shop. A bit worn down swimming pool including the wooden floor and the beach chair mats though. Big improvements seen between the 2 stays. Previously hotel amenities are not refilled even though I stayed 2 nights. The 2nd time is the opposite. Overall speaking, a very pleasant stay. Well worth the money. Great convenience to local shopping mall and transport.

管理差,我約下午五時取房(是吸煙房,已在訂房時要求),但職員說要—小時後才有。 我到附近逛街但差點被偷了背包内的手機,幸好我感覺,到回頭看見小偷拿著我的手機,我即取回,小偷也急步走了。 我回酒店向前台職員訴說附近小偷事,她們說不關酒店事。
