離車站有點遠, 沿路有些小攤檔, 道路窄狹, 拿著行李不建議步行! 還是算方便的, 車站連著大商場. 附近除了7-11, 也有24小時的超市, 餐飲. (但晚上沒有攤檔, 地道餐館 ) 酒店對面有3間按摩店, 試了兩間, 推薦行回酒店方向的第一間(黃色招牌7-11隔離), 店員友善, 按摩姐姐常面帶笑容, 環境令人放鬆! 酒店對浪貓友善, 這點非常好! 房間清潔不是很好!!! 有一天發現已反肚的小強bb~~~ 設施也比較舊! 樓下咖啡廳有位男職員不太友善!我們吃早餐等了很久只有一個餐送到, 問他才知道他沒有為我們下單, 當然我們英文不好, 是溝通出現誤會, 但跟他說時他態度不是很好, 之後再等半小時另一個餐點才送到! 食物環境是不錯的. 感覺酒店員工對不懂英文的客人不太友善, 沒什麼耐性! 就算我們表現出聽不懂, 她們也是說得非常快, 而且沒有動作或其他提示幫助我們! 酒店側門經常關閉, 而中間的道路因為佈置聖誕裝飾也封鎖了, 住B座晚上非常不方便! 自助早餐不吸引, 我們沒有嘗試! 每天早上經過眼見也不超過4枱客! 總括來說, 只有房間寬敞這優點, 不會再選擇!

房間夠大，日式有閒坐區，很relax, 浴室整潔，唯浴缸去水不足，水流落地。離大街要行一段路，有免費tuktuk載出入，附近有間24hrs 超市。

I am writing this letter about the poor cleaning services .I found the room (2703) was overrun with many mosquitoes when I stayed at Shama Lakeview Asoke Bangkok Hotel on 21-24 Feb 2020.It was really unacceptable. Then, I told with frontdesk, he didn’t apologies about this. He just said wait 10 mins for change room but didn’t call my room phone for already to change. So, I need to pick my package to lobby told with him. Please find the attached information for your reference. Actually, I appreciation the concierge staff who is friendly to help us call grab in the morning on 23Feb 2020 (go to Tambon Song Khanong, Sam Phran) . I forgot ask his name but he given hotel phone to found him if I need to call grab when I come back. It’s really thoughtful about this. We will be looking forward to better cleaning services in the future and a timely response.

這次入住B棟兩房一廳的格局，環境整潔，廚具、碗盤應有盡有，甚至有洗衣機還附洗衣精能洗衣。前台工作人員服務態度良好，也有免費嘟嘟車接送至BTS，算是便利。唯一缺點，2間洗手間的去水位都有瘀塞的情況，需改善!

The hotel is beautiful, the room is comfortable and completely equipment. The special arrangement for my honey moon travel was so sweet and impressed. The location is far from Asok BTS, but there's free shuttle to the station.

In general, the hotel is very decent and clean, as expected in the photos. Only the flushing of the toilets are a bit poor. The staffs are nice and polite, especially the luggage caretaker. However, the showering amenities are not often available, and some of the cleaning needs to be improve. Despite that, the swimming pool and restaurants are brilliant.

酒店很大，房間很不錯，乾淨整潔。早餐選擇不多，如果多住幾日，則有點悶。距離 BTS 站的確有點遠，但酒店會安排免費 TUK TUK，而且一出酒店便是馬路，截的士也方便

浴巾不是每天更換，房間衛生不理想，訂4人房只有2對布拖，酒店從沒有說過酒店泳池及設備可以使用，乜時間可以用，會否收費，早餐食物比較少選擇，其他員工服務也很好

地點方便，樓下有Lawson, 24小時cafe, 員工有禮貌，房間大，設備新，應該是剛剛返新完，離BTS 約10分鐘腳程，但有tut tut 接出路口7-11 第一天到達太晚冇留意，第二天發覺廁所有異味，跟前台反映，也有快速處理，氣味是減小了，但好像還有一點(唔知係咪心理作用), 整體來講係不錯的酒店。
