Service is excellent. Everyday they have someone to play music instrument in the lobby.

取房時間太耐,應該係下午3點攞房,但係等到4點都未能攞到房,唔知係唔係有特別事,而且要求相鄰房間都俾唔到,真係一頭一尾,下次應該唔會再考慮入住

The room was spacious and clean. Everything was great except for the curtains where there is NO WAY to close without gaps. There are multiple 1 inch gap (where curtain/ wall meets) And it can be very bright early in the morning. Have to say it’s very rare for 5 star hotels to have such issue. Other than that, I am very happy with my stay.
