We waited for the shuttle bus for an hour and there is no car was coming. The staff at airport tell us need to wait 20mins. I as again after we waited for 20mins and the staff just tell me 20 mins. It is so bad and I take taxi finally. The staff at hotel is nice but the room look old and the electric water heater do not have hot water. So horrible experience from this hotel

Stayed here for a short stay, 12 hours. I got in at midnight and was able to check in in under 5 minutes. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The free shuttle from the airport was efficient and helpful. I was able to order room service at midnight which is so incredibly helpful after a 24 journey. Highly recommend. The showers aren’t the cleanest but that’s my only fault.

Second time staying here. I will stay again when I transit Bangkok. I gave the facilities a 4 stars because of simple wear and tear. It was close to the airport which was so nice. Good transportation. Had a massage close by that was also very convenient. Lots of eating options. Good included breakfast.

The room was large and really cozy, unfortunately the noice inside the hallway disrupted our sleep. But it was really nice to have all the accommodations ready and clean. The rooftop restaurant was cool with the little show, we didn’t had time to try out the swimming pool or the fitness area, maybe next time 😊 Bonus tip for the airport shuttle !

This hotel is very close to the airport and ideal if you have a connecting flight the next day. We were really surprised at how good the Bar and food area was on the roof! The food we ordered was superb, as were the cocktails. The staff were a delight, very polite and courteous and with a fantastic we want to help you attitude. We also enjoyed the live music! The guitar player /singer we would have payed money to see! He was superb with hits from country and western to pop and rock! The room was very clean, quiet and very much worth the money. Everyone that works here was a credit to the hotel, from seamless check in to food and drink, and the friendly security guard who we spoke too for a while. We will definitely book again when we are in Bangkok, connecting flight or not, just for the food and entertainment! Thank you.

Towels were smelly..can tell it was not clean properly as white towels were yellowish. Pillows had other guests sweat smell, poorly cleaned, wardrobe was smelly..Hot water system not working, had cold showers besides that staff was very friendly and did excellent. It’s unfortunate to see the Cleaning team ruins the experience.
