During the check-in, the hotel offered me an early check-in room but at low floor, I did ask whether there might be road traffic noise at such low floor and the answer was "no". However, the noise nuisance from nearby BTS rail and other vehicles were serious. In addition, the noise from room's air conditioner needed to be addressed

located in the city centre, convenient to the shopping and central area, great gym and breakfast, however the music and noise from neighbourhood bars can be heard even stay on the top floor. Appreciate hotel staff changed our room to the opposite side, overall stay was wonderful

Good location close to Nana BTS station. Convenient to travel to other sightseeing spots. We were upgraded to Premium club floor, enjoining tea and coffee at Executive lounge with good visionary around and quiet. The swimming pool is small but clean. We can also enjoy spa at good price.

This was a fantastic hotel that delivered on all levels. The executive lounge had great food and cocktails. Service was friendly and efficient. The room had a comfortable mattress, spacious bathroom and a proper office chair. The Landmark checked all the boxes for us, so we'll be back.

Staff service was excellent. Extremely polite and always helpful. Hotel is right next to Nana BTS station, which was handy for getting around when the traffic looked bad! Some building work going on, but no major inconvenience. Room was comfortable. Would stay again.

Fantastic place very convenient. Very lively. Hotel is under renovation so I stayed there three times in the last four months and I have yet to see it. True duty because of all the work that’s being done right now. They are managing it very well. One of my favorite places to stay in Bangkok. Club level rooms are exceptional and the food in the restaurant on the top floor is amazing. Check in for the club level room is on the top floor. The lobby I believe due to the renovations going on, is nothing to write home about. Can’t wait to see what it’s like when the renovations are over. a nine out of 10

The room is comfortable. The water system is great, I love the powerful shower water pressure. Lights, AC are controlled by electric panel. Location is good but not for driving your own vehicle, the traffic is kinda jam in this area. But if using BTS or walking around, this area is good.

My first trip to Bangkok... Traveling with friends that have been here before... They like this landmark hotel... The room is large modern good value... We booked a hotel car to tours around the city and see landmarks... Amazing vehicle and driver great service offered by this hotel... Highly recommend!

The Landmark is a high end hotel located around the corner from the Nana Plaza. They offer an excellent breakfast on the top floor with an amazing view. There were several options to dine and drink inside the hotel and it has a nice pool and fitness center. I only stayed in Bangkok for two days, so I can't speak on it's location to the other attractions in Bangkok. However, if you're looking for a high end hotel, very close to the nightlife of the Nana Plaza, The Landmark is an excellent choice.
