At the onset, I would like to convey my sincere apology for the inconvenience that the shuttle service was stop early at 6 pm during period of your stay state of we had short of driver staff. The problem has been taken up most seriously with our team to find the solution to solved this issued. 距離BTS站路程約15分,安排住在餐廳正上方,晚上有點受影響 這次預定房間*2 一間沒熱水,一間水量超小. 冰箱的付費物品均有貼標籤,除了礦泉水之外,退房時才知道要收費. 金額多少不是問題,只是讓人有踩到陷阱的感覺.

環境及地理位置都適中。
每日來打掃房間，房間內可以免費上網，有嘟嘟車載到nana街口，大廳旁就有按摩，如果回飯店懶的走路10分鐘，可以花20銖坐摩托車，進入nana4時，前段是熱鬧的酒吧街，後段就安靜的飯店區，這區中東印度客很多，但是晚上各國的觀光客就都出現了！下次再去曼谷考慮入住區！，

Bad sanitary of room, far from BTS station.
This hotel is with a bad sanitary, there are some insects in the bathroom, and its position is far from BTS station which I need to take about 15min to walk to NANA station. When I check out, I take my case which save in luggage room and there is a broken hole appear on my case in accident when the staff transfer my case from luggage room.

The place itself is pleasing and comfortable. However during my stay the pool and restaurant had been closed for a while and were scheduled to reopen just as my stay ended. I will probably go again because it is easy to access and walking distance from the entertainment.

Friendly & nice 👍 staff but the bathroom 🚻 had moles around the corners. The room 😍 was ok 👍 but the swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool was out of order. I ordered this hotel 🏨 only because of it & it was out of order. Average hotel: 6/10.

Das Pool-Bild ist ein Fake!! Er ist total Kaputt und mit Folie abgedeckt. Der komplette Bereich um den Pool ist eine einzige Baustelle.Das Restaurant ist im Umbau und es gibt keine Essensmöglichkeit.

Nice pool rooftop area but the property is older and a little worn down. The room was small. On website claimed normal price $100 but discount to $35. $35 is the appropriate price. Even in lobby posted price is $66.

The friendliest reception staf you can fiend.
Good stay as always. But the water in the shower in the room was not hot, but the have start renovate the 1. floor, so hope it will be better. But the service from the staff, is good as always. And the service from the front desk reception is the very best you will find. I dont remember the lady in the receptions name (But she has been there for some years and she is so nice and friendly), and when I arrive at the hotel she welcome me with a "Welcome back again" that was really nice to be remembered. The very best service you can get.
