There are really close to the BTS and many food and different store near the hotel which is really convenience.

Good & Comfortable in a Great Location
Great location, very convenient for traveling around Bangkok, and also plenty of places for shopping and eating nearby. Very comfortable and excellent service. I would happily stay there again.

Poor customer service!
Stayed for 3 nights here and i couldn't say anything negative about this small hotel given its price until the moment I was checking out on 30/12/2019.
The receptionist informed us that one of the towels was stained and we had to pay 300 baht for it. Yes, it was indeed slightly stained and even though we were shocked by the exorbitant price for a plain white towel, we paid for it since it was our negligence. We requested to take the towel back for our use since it had alrdy been paid for but was rejected by the manager via telecom without reason given since he wasn't present in the hotel at all. I asked for the manager's name as I would like to follow up with the management since there wasn't any reason given and he refused to give his name on the 2nd call.
Never have I ever encountered such a response at all especially in this service industry. It was only after mentioning that I'll write in to the management did I get an explanation that the 300 baht is for cleaning service hence we were not able to take the towel. It was no longer about the exortbitant price nor that we were keen about the towel. It was the manager's failure to step up and have the courage to explain to us even via telecom. Instead, he left the poor receptionist and refused to give us his name. This hotel doesn't deserve any recommendation at all due to its poor handling of customer!
