Gut geeignet für eine Zwischen Übernachtung. Die Anlage ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, müsste renoviert werden. Personal ist freundlich, Frühstück ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Anreise nur mit dem Auto geeignet.

Prachtig gelegen hotel. Mooie tuin leuk zwembad. Avondeten lekker. Zoveel potentieel maar niet meer van deze tijd. Ontbijt"buffet" slechts 4 boterhammen voor 5 gasten 1 yoghurtje. Er werd nauwelijks aangevuld. Slechtste ontbijt van onze reis. Weinig vriendelijk. Onvoldoende covidveilig.

Situation agréable près d'un lac et à quelques kilomètres d'Orvieto (quand le pont d'accès n'est pas barré pour travaux car, sinon, il faut faire un détour de 30 minutes !). Très bon accueil et environnement exceptionnel.

la zona è veramente bella; l'albergo è isolato sulla riva del lago, molto tranquillo, dotato di piscina; il ristorante è buono, la camera, almeno la mia, un po' meno, il wifi non funzionava, la tv male, causa presa del cavo difettosa, inoltre il motore dell'aria condizionata sempre in funzione, anche di notte, disturbava il sonno, almeno a me che sono molto sensibile ai rumori, ma, complessivamente, sono stato bene.

So "la la" ist der richtige Begriff. Nun gut, ein 3 Sterne Hotel oberhalb des Stausees in der Nachsaison sprudelt keinen Charme aus. Zimmer klein, dunkel mit sehr kantigen Möbeln, Bett ok. Aber für eine Nacht stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Posto incantevole
Un posto davvero molto bello in una cornice davvero particolare e circondato dal verde, il livello dell'albergo è perfettamente allineato alla fascia di prezzo. Il personale mediamente disponibile e gentile. Unica pecca il livello generale di pulizia, diciamo che non è sporco ma non ti da l'impressione di essere in un posto pulitissimo. In ogni caso ci tornerei.

Certes l'endroit est calme mais le personnel n'est pas attentionné. Plus d'un quart d'heure avant de s'apercevoir que j'étais à table.

We arrived in the evening and received a warm welcome, In the morning we had a pleasant view of the lake and a very nice atmosphere. We will be happy to return for another visit.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel e nel complesso non ne sono rimasta totalmente soddisfatta... Si trova in una bella zona tra Orvieto e Todi e la struttura è carina con un bel parco con campo da calcio e una bella piscina, buono anche il prezzo che anche nel weekend di ferragosto non ha raggiunto i 90€ a notte per una camera matrimoniale con colazione;quello che però mi ha deluso è la scarsa attenzione che viene prestata ai dettagli, la camera infatti, oltra ad avere un bagno veramente da rivedere, con vasca e tendina in plastica, lasciava molto a desiderare nella pulizia, troppo superficiale e anche il personale, seppur cortese non era interessato alle esigenze del cliente, la colazione infine era praticamente priva della parte salata ... Hotel consigliabile quindi solo a chi non si cura della poca considerazione ai particolari

L'hotel è in una posizione molto scenografica con una vista stupenda sul lago di Corbara e sulle colline. Le camere sono in due dependance mentre il ristorante sulla parte più elevata della location. La piscina affaccia direttamente sul lago. Il ristorante è di buon livello a prezzi adeguati. Il giardino è ampio e ben curato (a parte il vecchio campo da tennis in disuso). Il servizio è ai minimi termini essendo tutta l'attenzione rivolta a matrimoni e ricevimenti vari che si susseguono specialmente nel weekend. Può capitare quindi che la piscina sia inutilizzabile per ricevimenti in corso. La struttura sarebbe da ammodernare specialmente il fabbricato centrale molto anni 70. In definitiva è al momento una struttura sfruttata al 80% per matrimoni e grandi ricevimenti e poco adatta a famiglie in cerca di relax. La campagna intorno è molto bella .. consiglio un giro nei vigneti sovrastanti l'hotel!

ho prenotato una notte con expedia a 33 euro, il gestore dell'hotel mi ha chiesto altri 20 euro, adducendo i 33 euri erano per la prenotazione, In totale 53 Euro solo per dormire. Mi è scocciato notevolmente essere preso in giro, non ho tempo di fare reclami faccio solo presente la cosa, occhio quindi che l'onestà lascia a desiderare controllate bene la fattura.

Great Stay!
Wife and I stayed at this resort/hotel for one night. It was a very comfortable stay and the front desk staff (Francesca) was extremely helpful. Beautiful location if not a bit out of the way - it is as nice as what the pictures on Expecia shows. Note that it seems that the hotel staff are not on site in the evenings so keep that in mind in case you happen to need some attending to.

hôtel dans un cadre agréable au bord d'un lac avec un jardin et une piscine chauffée, très sympa, à 2 heures de Rome et à 12 km d'Orvieto. Chambre propre et petit déjeuner à volonté de bonne qualité.

Lakeside Serenity in Umbria
I would go here again for sure! Conveniently located to most of Umbria, as well as Southern and Eastern Tuscany, La Penisola juts out onto the serene and beautiful Lago Corbara and is picture perfect pretty. The grounds are beautifully maintained and it has a pool and tennis courts, as well as a sauna (none of which we used because of the month (late April) and our desire to get to as much of Umbria as we could). It's just 6 kilometers from the Autostrada del Sole's Orvieto exit and 10 kilometers from the funicolare that takes one up to Orvieto. Orvieto is gorgeous! The Duomo is one of the great artstic treasures of the West. The desk staff is English speaking and very helpful (Francesca went out of her way to get us anything we needed). Breakfasts were the usual "whatever's left over from the night before" which we have gotten in even the fanciest of Italian hotels (e.g., the Santa Caterina in Amalfi) and that was more than enough for a pleasant morning "collazione." Dinners at the restaurant were above average for a hotel; it specialized in Umbrian specialties (boar, beans, umbrichelli, Orvieto Classico, etc.) and did a fine job presenting it in a lovely dining room. All in all, the hotel presents a wonderful opportunity to succumb to what the Italians call the "dolce far niente" but Umbria has so much in the way of artistic treasures and scenery to enjoy that were the ultimate reason for enjoying this lovely hotel.

Grounds and restaurant were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. Location was quiet and felt very countrylike. Not alot of people around yet easy to travel to Tuscany and Umbria. After a day of sightseeing it was perfect to have dinner at the hotel. The food was delicious and very Italian. The only thing to watch is the air conditioning. You need to get a room on the first floor. The room was cool but a little small. At first we had a 2nd floor room an it was hot! We will stay there again next summer.
