Beautiful property, excellent location
Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost

Todella mukava residence, hyvällä paikalla. Siistit huoneet , joissa kaikki keittiöävälineet .Avulias henkilökunta, vastaanotto tosin avoinna vain muutaman tunnin päivässä. Lähellä löytyy sekä ruoka että pullakauppaa ja useita ravintoloita. Koiralle tervetuliaslahja (lelu, nameja ja kakkapusseja) oli kiva yllätys.

Résidence très bien placée. Près de la plage, des commerces extra et des restaurants. Personnel professionnel et très accueillant. Le seul problème est le lave vaisselle qui ne marchait pas et n’a pas eu être réparé pendant notre séjour. Ça fait la deuxième fois que j’y fais un séjour vais et j’y retournerai encore.

Clean room and good, convenient location for the centre, about a 10 minute walk from the Grand Plage. Only criticism is that it would have been nice to have had a change of towels halfway through our stay. We were there 10 nights.

Personnel courtois et attentionné. Endroit propre, calme, confortable. Cuisine complète et moderne. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 min de l'épicerie Carrefour Express et à 8 min de la mer à pied. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Très bel établissement, bien situé pour découvrir Biarritz à pied. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et c’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons. L’application «  notre guide » est très bien faite pour avoir le maximum d’informations.

This is a residence. The hotel is average at best. Because it’s a residence the staff is not around all the time - specific times. And when I asked for a towel they wanted to charge me. So it’s not a real hotel. Would have rather stayed next door or at a real hotel. The residence was clean and quiet and that’s it.

Accueil chaleureux établissement calme et pratique car proche du centre et de la plage. Le prix des lessives et séchage est trop cher et des poubelles sont restées 3 jours sans être évacués dans la buanderie donc preuve que pas de vérification des installations, lessive et filtres des appareils. Globalement satisfaite

Biarritz and beaches
The property is well located and within walking distance of local shops. But parking is a problem with a fee of 12 euros a day plus taxes. The apartment is well divided with good spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and eating in is real possibility. The furniture is mediocre and somewhat old. I liked the whole experience at this residence.

très moyen comme accueil !!!
Il est dommageable qu'aucune information nous ait été donnée. Car, arrivant le dimanche PM, la réception était fermée et il a fallu téléphoné ... Le personnel, très peu sympathique, le lundi matin, au petit-déjeuner, car il fallait réserver !!! Mais quand et auprès de qui réserver ?
