“Sehr schönes, gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus im Ortskern von Ryes. Schöner, abgeschlossener und ruhiger Garten. Komplett ausgestattete moderne Küche. Von hier aus haben wir alle interessanten Lokations rund um den D-Day sehr gut erreicht. Arromanches und Bayeux sind von hier aus auch prima mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, hier gibt es Museen, Supermärkte und Restaurants.Unser Vermieter war nicht vor Ort, aber online sofort erreichbar und sehr bemüht.Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen tollen……

“Fantastic position, right on the harbour, with shops (bakery, fish market, small supermarket) and good restaurants all within easy walking distance. Parking was easy right outside, but we did use the garage. Further afield there was lots to see. Bayeux is close by, while we visited Arromanches-les-Bains and Pegasus Bridge, plus the German battery at Longues-sur-Mer. This was not a planned ‘D-day’ visit but it really gripped (and moved) me. ”

“Nous voyageons regulierement et le "Bois Flotte 4" va rester dans le top de nos maisons de vacances. L'accueil en personne de Geraldine et son mari font d'abord la difference avec leurs conseils et leur disponibilite. La maison est tres bien equipee, tres propre, fidele aux photos, rien ne manque ! Elle est egalement tres bien situee, pres du port et de tous les restaurants; un Super U, une superette et les boulangeries sont accessibles a pied. On peut meme se garer devant la porte.Port en……

“La Petite Bajocasse is a wonderful house in a perfect location. Peter and Stephanie have made it simply the ideal foundation for whatever plans one has for Normandy and the Bayeux area. For us-- my daughter and I-- it was 2 days of D-Day tours-- which were fantastic-- and then we came back to the house and felt instantly comfortable. One night we drove a short distance to the town center to have pizza (Fred'Au) which was wonderful. Another we had stopped at the Carrefour and had some snacks. On……
