Good location. 但晚上比較嘈吵，關窗又熱。另外房價價錢高，可能當地偏貴。清潔度意料之外。可考慮選擇。

Staff are hostile and not helpful
The staff is super unfriendly and they cater the need of a big tour group of Chinese without consideration of other needs. While assistance can't be offered on other hand, they even teasing at me and make me super angry. How come they know who is commenting negatively on them on the first day night of my stay and challenging me to change my comment? I can't even express my own feelings? I truly doubt they force others to delete the negative comments!!! I am so worried about my personal data now so never never stay in travel lounge again!!!!!!!

Website stated there was a restaurant and when I got there I was told it had been closed during Covid. So I had to go out for breakfast and dinner. Stayed for 2 nights and the room was never serviced in that time M.

Fantastic location
The hotel was lovely, comfortable and lots of tea/coffee on request. Perfect location, just behind the Crown Pub, lots of eating places and cafes etc and a short 4 min walk from the bus station. We used the bus 300 from the airport £12.50 return each, all buses went like clockwork very well organised. Shops are around a 10 min walk and city hall about 6 mins away where you can catch the hop on/off bus. Titanic experience we caught the G1 glider bus by the city hall which was about £1.25 one way. We walked it back to the centre on return which took us 40 mins.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploying Belfast. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Also not far from europa bus station where you can catch buses every 30 minutes to take you to the airport. A pub and outdoor drinking area is directly opposite the hotel, meaning lots of external noise is heard into the early hours if your room is at the front.
