Great staff & poor mattress and shower
The hotel overall is ok, a bit old furniture but service is kind. What they really need to change ASAP are the mattresses and the showers. I came back with a bad back pain, and I go very often since its the closest hotel to my office. Thanks

hi it might concern the first night we were in room 329 mattress was very noisy like the springs were broken very uncomfortable night. Very disappointed with the Hilton Service provided second night was moved to room 318 the bed was two piece's mattress zipped together very uncomfortable night very disappointed with the high-class name of hilton Doubletree third night moved again to room 218. The mattress was a little bit better, but there was a odor in the room also the door which was hooked closed, opens automatically like there’s a ghost in the room. Very disappointed with Oda and experience at the Hilton Doubletree Glasgow. very disappointed with this experience had to leave the hotel one day before because of all the problems you have spilt my experience in Glasgow you have cost me money, pay and bad experience due to your inconsiderate hotel.

We are choosing the hotels with SPA area, but be ready last admission at 19-15! and closing at 20.00. Will be great if you extend your working hours till 22, like almost the hotels. Really wanted to chill out after long drive at weekend! Room was perfect and stuff are great!

Avoid rooms next to the lift
Facilities and service was good however, I was in a room through the wall from the lift (321) and could hear the lift in operation. This was louder during the night and I never got much sleep. So I would avoid these rooms. I did complain in morning and they reduced the price by 50%

Chill out time
Friendly staff, very clean, my only issue was the bed was very uncomfortable. I'm sure just our room, but very visible dip in mattress and could actually feel the springs and very noisy just turning over. I couldn't see anyone on leaving to mention to change the mattress. Otherwise, fitted the bill fine. Went home for a sleep!
