Super séjour. Appartement trés bien situé, proche du coeur du quartier St Charles et à quelques minutes dela grande plage et du centre ville.Pas besoin de véhicule pour passer de bons moments.

Super sejour

Le logement est très bien situé Nous y avons apprécié le quartier et sa proximité avec les plages. Le logement est spacieux, très bien entretenu et fonctionnel. Nous y avions tout le nécessaire souhaité ( Tupperware, assiettes pique nique, jeux de plage, parasol )

Wunderbare Woche in Biarritz

Biarritz als Ausgangspunkt für Wellenbaden und Surfen ist ideal. Die Wohnung ist preiswert, liegt zentral , nicht ganz ruhig, ist geräumig und einfach ausgestattet. Die Matratzen im Hochbett sind schlecht. Aufgetretene Mängel (z. B. lockere Holzlatten auf dem Balkon, schlecht laufende Rolladen) könntenleicht beseitigt werden.

Appartement spacieux idéalement localisé dans le quartier St-Charles, près de toutes les commodités et à 10 min à pied de la Grande plage. Super bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux par Stéphanie. Globalement superbe séjour!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine à 5 personnes dans cet appartement et tout était parfait Installation, équipements, emplacement, propreté rien à dire un appartement proche du centre, de l’océan et à deux pas des commerces de st charles (boulangeries, caves à vins, pâtissier, charcutier MOF…) Un très bon accueil nous a été réservé Merci

Séjour confortable

Apartement confortable, bonne position pour joindre centre ville, grandes chambres avec armoires, joli salle de bain, joli balcon. Par rapport au reste la Cuisine et les couettes sont à renouveler (surtout les verres et les louches), le lave vaisselle est à réparer (il marche mais est un peu défectueux). Très gentille Stéphanie qui nous a accueillis et à été très disponible.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, plage et commerces à deux pas. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. L'appartement est bien agencé et lumineux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Toutefois, l'appartement se trouve dans une résidence où certains voisins sont manifestement à cran : nous avons été menacés d'un appel à la police pour tapage nocturne après avoir simplement claqué les portes de notre voiture (?!) en rentrant un soir... Rien de grave, mais à savoir : bruyant s'abstenir !

Le logement est grand, situé dans un quartier agréable ( calme et proche des commerces alimentation). Le logement est bien pourvu ( vaisselle, appareils de cuisine, jeux pour enfants, DVD enfants ..). La décoration et la propreté pourraient être améliorées.

Appartement agréable

Appartement agréable, très bien situé et bien agencé mais qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenu. Par exemple, il est dommage que le volet du salon ne puisse pas se fermer (il a fait très chaud et l'orientation est plein sud). Nous attentions un niveau de prestations un petit peu au-dessus, compte-tenu du tarif. Merci à Stéphanie pour son accueil et sa réactivité.

Excellent séjour, appartement très pratique, Avec de l'espace, bien équipé. Situé à 2 pas du centre, a à peine 10 Minutes à pied de la mer. À l'arrivée, un carnet plein de conseils pour découvrir la ville et les alentours. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Séjour assez sympa

L'appartement était conforme aux photos. Une odeur constante dans la cuisine nous a dérangée. Les travaux dans le quartier nous ont surpris. Il aurait été agréable de le signaler car ce sont des vacances et le réveil à 7h-7h30 n'est pas très agréable même les jours fériés... Le ménage de l'appartement fait par nos soins à la fin du séjour a été plus nickel qu'à notre arrivée. Biarritz est une belle ville mais aussi en travaux ce qui gâche le plaisir de la visiter. Nous avons quand même passé une bonne semaine. La caution remboursée en 10 jours n'est toujours pas faite ce qui m'agace vraiment. Je souhaite le virement très rapidement. nous avons passé de bonnes vacances

Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sentons en vacances d'autant que le soleil pénètre par la large baie vitrée du salon. Tout est conçu pour passer un agréable moment dans cette résidence très calme. de grandes chambres, une salle de bains claire et très pratique. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Fonctionnel et Agréable

Accueil sympa et agréable. L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Dans quartier calme, de nombreux petits commerces au pied de l'immeuble. Nous avons garé la voiture et plus bougé. à proximité des plages et du centre, très pratique pour les ballades et sorties en famille. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir profiter du Pays Basque.

Bonjour Madame Lacourte, On a passé un très agréable séjours avec mon amie, sa fille et mon fils, dans votre appartement. C' est appartement super bien situé, près de la plage et du centre.On peut aller a la plage a pieds avec les enfants. Il est très calme, confortable, avec vue au loin de l' océan.
