An indoor/outdoor dining area is conveniently located off  the living area and deck, with amazing sunset dining and easy access to the jacuzzi and grill! Beautiful views of our mountains are available from throughout this home. Multi-level decks offer your choice of spectating spots for the best views of Big Bear's surrounding nature.

The main living area features cable TV, a gas fireplace, and a central location for easy access to the kitchen, dining and deck areas. The master bedroom is just off the living area and has a king sized bed as well as a darling day bed with a trundle. There is a Roku TV for all your entertainment needs and a lovely soaking tub for those relaxing nights.

Head upstairs for a game of Foosball! The game room features a Roku TV and a deck perfect for having your morning cup of coffee. Off to each side of the game room are two bedrooms, both beautifully decorated and each featuring queen beds and Roku TVs.

The fenced backyard offers a patio area with horseshoes, as well as beautiful plant life and views of the Stanfield Marsh Wildlife and Waterfowl Preserve. Enjoy taking a walk with friends and family to this beautiful and scenic boardwalk. Also nearby is the Alpine Pedal Path, a paved 3 mile stroller and bike-friendly path along the lake, great for jogging, cycling or just soaking up the gorgeous views of our lake!

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. Disturbing the peace is a County Violation. Please keep noises to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 9am. Being on the deck using the BBQ after 10:00 PM can result in a fine. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property by the County of San Bernardino Officers with no refund and additional fines from the County of San Bernardino if they receive a noise complaint.
There is a very strict limit of 3 cars maximum at this home. Neighbors will call code enforcement and you risk fines or being towed if there are more than 3 cars. Guests must park in the driveway of the 1 Sweet Retreat property only. ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING.. Guests take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for following the 4 car maximum parking at this property. You cannot hide additional vehicles at this property!
