環境不錯、服務極好，房間很大，餐點好吃，但是海攤不乾淨，水質也不透明。 距離碼頭75分鐘車程，飯店附近又沒有商店，對於三餐都必須在飯店吃，但價格高昂，水上活動有，也是樣樣計價，感覺少了放鬆感

We had a nice stay during the Chinese New Year weekend. The resort is one hour drive from the ferry so good for a total getaway but not if you're looking to do other things around Bintan. Although breakfast was busy with many families the resort is well laid out so we didn't feel it was crowded at any other time. The villa was lovely and the bikes a lovely touch to get around. We had two lovely meals at Rica Rica and two wonderful spa treatments. The service was slightly haphazard, we had to chase twice to get our villa serviced and then they didn't give us handtowels. But when the service was good, it was very very good. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Kaunis alue, jossa tunnelma säilyi aamusta iltaan rauhallisena ja rentouttavana. Me liikuimme parin sadan metrin matkat pyörällä (kaikki saivat omat pyörät käyttöönsä), mutta aina pystyi tilaamaan myös kyydin, niin halutessaan. Palvelu oli aina erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Aamiainen oli erittäin laaja, ja eri ruokakulttuurit hyvin edustettuina. Ruoka oli muutenkin hyvää. Aamuisin oli ilmainen 30 minuutin jooga, ja kuntosalilla sai tehtyä hyvän treenin. Löytyy myös biljardi, pingis, shakki ja muita pelejä. Muitakin aktiviteetteja oli lisähinnasta tarjolla, ja myös spa, jossa erilaisia hierontoja ja hoitoja. Suosittelen jos muutaman päivän rauhoittuminen ja rentoutuminen kiinnostaa.

5-star accommodations and some of the most thoughtful, friendly and attentive staff I've had anywhere. Restaurants are very good, spa was great and the whole area feels private and cosy, with easy access via foot or bicycles (2 of which are provided for eat villa). It's pretty self-contained and excellent if you want privacy and a quiet resort that's great for couples or families. Some of the less positive aspects is that it's quite far from the ferry terminal (about an hour) and can be a bumpy ride on a minivan. I don't think the activities are many for big families with really active kids and adults. Lastly, the beach isn't great at all. I guess Bintan isn't really known for its pristine beaches, but the one at this resort is muddy and almost unsightly. Maybe it's just the monsoon season. Also, it faces east so no picturesque sunset beach photos (not a problem for me).

The resort was over an hour from the ferry terminal so that was a negative factor for us when considering door-to-door travel. The staff were really fantastic, they definitely made the trip a pleasant experience and did everything to make us welcome and any support we needed. If the staff were not so amazing we would have been disappointed. The breakfast was great. The in-room dining food was ok, chips were often cold and not enjoyable, there was a limited selection of food, good for only 3-4 days. The rooms were of an ok standard, the cleanliness was excellent, and the housekeeping was great too. And the water boys, very fast. The kids rope course was closed, not advised in advance. The ATV and water sports staff were amazing too. Based on what we spent and the travel time though, in hindsight, I would have chosen a place in Phuket, close to restaurants and within 20 minutes of the airport. More variety and similar quality.

We had a wonderful 5 nights. The staff were excellent. Food was amazing. Enjoyed the cooking class with Dimas, who was very helpful. The facilities and rooms were first rate. It is a bit remote, but perfect for a relaxing holiday and the transfers from ferry were very comfortable.

We used the hotel for our vacation and it was very comfortable as everything was completed in the hotel's facilities. If you want to buy souvenirs, you have to go outside the hotel. This time we enjoyed just the inside of the hotel and were greatly satisfied. It is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great stay except for tar.
All staffs are polite and courteous. Even before arriving, staff attending to email was great. Son love his small cornered bed at the living room. Only sad thing is the sea was polluted by tar. Tried to go to the sand bank which was beautiful, but when we went back to the shore, our legs were tainted by tar. Thought it was due to the speed boat nearby. But next day went to the beach outside our villa, same thing happened.. was told it was seasonal.. without the tar, it was perfect.. nice sea and able to walk far out in the clear sea.. just a pity, there are tar.. luckily we have some lotion to remove them..

Soon after the monsoon season, we usually tackle the challenge of tar at our shorelines. However, this time around, it was a lot worse than the previous years. Now, our shorelines are in better condition (free from tar) and hopefully, will remain the same in years to come.Your appreciative words highlighting our courteous team members, prompt response and thoughtful amenities are well-received.
