Lovely hotel with friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help . The restaurant manager in particular was a credit to the hotel. Only negative was Luke warm water in room which was strange but didn’t spoil the experience.

The Hotel to be honest was fair, however on the morning of our checkout we had no Hot Water in our Room to Wash or Shower . We also had a poor reaction from the reception desk when we reported it.

I’ve stayed in Blackpool a few times, but this was the worst experience, I had a problem with my breakfast on the first morning and it went downhill from there. I had cornflakes and used the glass jug of milk in the chiller tray with the yogurts etc. The milk was properly off, absolutely disgraceful imo, also wasn’t cold, so had obviously been left out for at least 24hr open and unchilled. I have other issues I won’t bore you with, The management can’t make decisions and was almost embarrassing speaking with them, using “the owners “ as the excuse. Poor and will t go near that place again.

Expensive parking £18 (should be provided for free with room). Walked away from breakfast, that was also £18 each £36 for the two of us .

Fantastic hotel with great staff
Make a very late booking and it was immediately accepted... we were relieved On arrived, our booking was found and room keys given... a very quick check in Breakfast in the morning was served to order for the cooked breakfast... continental selection had good choices and the coffee machine had very good choices A big thanks to all the staff

Great hotel, little niggling thing wrong with tv but handled perfectly by staff. Great buffet breakfast perfect location. Quick check in and check out would stay again

Easy to find , convenient. Check in was fine but I did have to ask her to slow down a bit as I am a little hard of hearing. The accent and fast talking was too much.

Another great stay, superior room was great, overlooking the Pleasure Beach. Nice and quiet too. We had an evening meal and it was superb and reasonably priced. Great breakfast to finish the stay off.

On arrival I had to pay £18 pounds a night parking fee totally unacceptable I travel all over the country and very rarely do I have to pay for parking on site, my visit on this occasion was to visit family so I invited them for breakfast one morning only to be told that because the 2 year old was not staying at the hotel I would have to pay £9 50 for him to have breakfast I found this totally unacceptable what 2 year old could eat £9 50 worth of food
