Cleaning charged after checkout
Pay attention to clean every thing on table or in the kitchen,otherwise you will be charge for cleaning after checkout

楼下免费渡轮码头超级方便！
楼下免费渡轮码头超级方便！到市区很快，也顺便坐船观光，两室一厅也很宽敞，就是本来希望能有一间是两个单人床的，这个没有能保证到，不太方便。 入住时间也太短，下午2－4点才能check in，导致我们当中还要从市区打车回来入住，希望能改进。

We rented a deluxe two bedroom unit. We expected to have a dining table in a unit that size but it only had stools at the kitchen bench. It was also very short of eating utensils which made constant washing up of them necessary, so they could be re-used. The unit was very clean and comfortable. To access the city we had to use the car, as the ferry terminal near the Apartments was closed for renovations, which was very disappointing.

I did email weeks ahead asking for the Queen to change to two singles which didn’t happen. I also reported a constant dripping bath tap. I found the cleanliness ok but the room does need updating.

The night we stayed there that was super full moon. The view in the room was fantastic. Friendly staff, i was able to access the room again to change my badaughter's nappy after checkout time.

When we arrived we noticed blood smears on the wall in the kitchen and in the bathroom. This was cleaned on our request. The room was old and rundown. The location is good and our kids enjoyed the pool. Head to the Story Bridge Hotel for dinner.

The only thing I didn't like about our stay, was that when you book a child, 12yrs and under, they stay for free. This means they don't allocate a bed for that child. I had to pay extra on the night for a roll away bed. Which made things difficult as we had a very late check-in due to flights. Also, I poured 5mth old milk which was complimentary in our fridge, into my coffee the next morning. Not nice! Other than that, it was comfortable and clean.

I was able to spend a quiet time away from downtown. Also, the access to downtown was also good. There was a free boat, and I was able to enjoy Brisbane, which is famous for its river.

The view was awesome and it was a quiet and pleasant place to stay. It is quite a spacious room. The dryer didn’t work so we had to get our clothes dried in the laundry 10 minutes away.

Had an okay stay. Parking is offsite and required us to move our car to load bags. Not a fault of the property but frustrating that booking for 3 people meant we still had to pay extra at the property, as even when you declare 3 guests and agree to a price, this is not accurate as the fold out is extra. I found this in the Ts and Cs, but am frustrated that the true price was not displayed when we were honest about the number of guests. I still would have happily paid it. View was spectacular and dining options were good.

Where do I start... from the moment we entered the unit, it reeked of mould. I was not expecting a new property, but I was expecting it to be clean and safe... and it was definitely not either of these things. The shower screens were black with mould, the glass was smashed, and there was even a panel missing from one of the showers. The vents and walls were covered with dust and mould. I did not feel comfortable sitting on the stained lounge, nor did I want to shower my children for fear they would cut themselves on the broken glass. We left feeling like we wanted to take a bath in disinfectant after our visit to this unit. The staff were arrogant when told about these issues and brushed them off - saying they only acted as a middle man to the owners of the unit. I also paid for parking of two cars however we had such trouble parking both vehicles in the very tiny allocated spot (which is only suitable for one vehicle) that I had to climb out of the passenger seat to get out of the car. The carpark is also not attached to the hotel. After paying over $400 for one night, I felt inclined to advise others of the terrible management of this hotel and our experience.

I thought the property was closer to the gabba but it wasn't and if I have to rate it lucky 2 star small TV not enough eating out places in the resort u have to walk around 15-20 minutes away.
