You will receive the instructions via email, text message as well as your key tag comes along with your key. Hi Michael,Thank you for staying with us and thank you for the feedback. You were right while the apartment 911 has the corner view it does get a lot of sun during the day, and last few days have been very hot for Brisbane. Your feedback have been well noted, our management team will be in discussion with the owners for second aircon installation. Meantime we have advised our Housekeeping team to leave the aircon on and have all doors open for the day when the wheather is very hot, allow more time for the air to flow into the bedroom. Thank you for your feedback on the apartment, we will forward your concerns onto the owner so improvements can be made for all future guests.

We are sorry you had issues with the apartment and you feel it was not upto your standard but, management inspected the apartment and found that the bedside tables and bedside lamps were dusty only. The Fridge had some condensation on the top of the door and a bag of unopened smiths crisps were left in the cupboard above the refrigerator. The cleaner knocked on the door and called out housekeeping but did not enter the apartment.

Hello, Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay, Link is not located near a car park, and we have never advertised that there is a swimming pool, sorry to hear your bed was uncomfortable, and the lamps did not work, however we would have replaced the lamps and arranged for a bed topper to make your stay more comfortable if we had know.
