Brissago 10 km from Locarno und Ascona: Beautiful apartment block "Calebris", 4 storeys. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Brissago, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 600 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 110 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. 20 m long narrow motor access to the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 50 m, bakery 550 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Brissago Nevedone" 120 m, railway station "Locarno" 10.5 km, ferry "Brissago NLM" 850 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, lake Lago Maggiore. Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 500 m, minigolf 10 km.
"Brissago Blue", 1-room maisonette 45 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor, south-east facing position. Partly with sloping ceilings, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, TV, international TV channels and fan. Exit to the terrace, south facing position and east facing position. Small kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra). Bath or shower/WC. Heating. Heating available only from 25.10. to 15.04. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 185 - 250 cm with rooflight with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi).
