We really enjoyed our stay here. It has a great location to parks, stores, restaurants, transportation. It always felt safe. Communication was great and it was close to AEP airport.

Palermo Stay

Very nice cozy spot with a balcony near the park, with proximity to local museums, gardens, and easy transportation with Uber. Being two people, one interesting thing was the in/out system, where a key is required to get out of the building, not just in, but we adjusted to this quickly. Same goes for the main door, so makre sure your keys are on you before you leave.

Great experience!

Our stay felt very comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this unit which is close to markets, parks, restaurants and other great areas of town. We stayed for a whole month and recommend long stays as well. The weekly maid service was outstanding. The host is very accommodating and pleasant too!!

Fabulous!

Location was excellent --close to parks and cabs (if you need them) --around the corner groceries, large number of restaurants within walking distance (1-1.5km), perfect space. We couldn't have asked for more. And communication was excellent.

This place is just the perfect place to stay in Buenos Aires! awesome location, close to just about everything, beautiful parks, restaurants, subte and much more! Juan is an amazing manager and he was there always very responsive and willing to help out in every way. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friend ana family when visiting Buenos Aires!

Wonderful apartment in comfortable neighborhood neighborhood

Room to spread out. Kitchen has minimal pots and pans but is otherwise well equipped. Balcony a lovely bonus.Quiet for a city neighborhood.

Great Location

We were in B.A. off season for a week and this was a great location for sightseeing and is very close to the city airport too which is great if you plan a day trip to Iguazu or anywhere else in the interior. Walking distance to the Japanese Garden and the botanical garden. Easy to UBER anywhere else. Grocery store (Jumbo) is 4 blocks away with great selection. Juan and the check in process were great. Some small repairs to the unit and it would be 5 stars (broken kitchen faucet handle, one toilet needs to be bolted down properly).

Spacious apartment

This place was a generous size for an apartment in Buenos Aires. The additional half bath was nice and the living room was sooo large. In safe and secure building and a great neighborhood. Many grocery stores, cafes, bakeries and restaurants within a block or two. Juan was an attentive host and it was nice to have a cleaning service mid-week. If you are thinking about staying in a hotel, stay here instead, you will be glad you did.

Fantastic stay in Palermo

This unit was quite spacious for a one-bedroom - including the large exterior balcony and second bathroom. Very comfortable large bed and well kept apt w/great working AC. The location was perfect, close to everything and literally a stone's throw from the gorgeous 3rd De Febrero Park. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood w/restaurants, stores & everything at our fingertips. The host was very responsive and helpful, and provided maid service weekly. We strongly recommend this immaculate, very comfortable unit. Thanks for a great visit Juan!!

Better than expected!

Juan’s place was much more than I expected. Having 2 bathrooms was great! The location was close to restaurants, coffee shops, the Jumbo grocery store, a park to exercise at, a gym, oh and my Botox doctor! On top of that a cleaning lady came on Thursdays!!!! That was a real treat. Juan was a very attentive host. Would definitely stay again and refer all my friends.

AWESOME!

This is my new go to property (family & friends also) in Buenos Aires from now on. Location is perfect, walking distance Palermo park/lake, Hipodromo, cafes, restaurants, shopping, subte and very close to Soho, Hollywood, Belgrano/Nunez surrounding cities yet still close enough to Recoleta and Microcentro..... The building is in very good shape and the apartment is just perfect in every sense, very comfortable! Juan and his Mom are the best hosts ever! We had an outstanding experience! Thank you!

We have travelled the world and have stayed in some extraordinary properties but this stay was special because of the personal attention by the property manager Juan Cruz. Never in all of our travels have we felt more at home. Juan’s attention to not just the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of this property, but his attention to our comfort, ease, and ensuring all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction was nothing short of Five Star! I challenge any luxury world wide chain to make us feel as welcome as he did. Then to have that fantastic location close to world class sites, parks, museums, etc was just incredible icing on a perfect cake! We recommend this property without reservation and with the highest rating we could give! Thanks to Juan.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in Palermo

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much. Juan was a great host—very friendly, helpful, and responsive to questions. The apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of storage for clothing. Having two bathrooms was also nice. The neighbors in the building were considerate. The neighborhood was quiet and had plenty of cafés and a small grocery store nearby. We had a couple of minor issues. For example, a little water leaked out of the shower under the shower door, and the washer and dryer settings were a bit complicated to figure out. But overall, we loved the apartment, and would stay there again. Thank you, Juan!

This rental rates a 💯! Juan, the property manager, was on point and extremely accomodating. We were impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the unit. And it has a clothes dryer! That was a huge bonus which my Argentine relatives marvelled at. Not many places outside of North America have clothes dryers so we feel it was a nice touch. The neighborhood is in the middle of everything yet it is located in a quiet, leafy street which abounds with neighborhood shops and restaurants. My husband didn't want to leave! He wanted me to go home just to pick up the dog and come back lol! I can't recommend this rental enough. Staying here would upgrade your trip to a first class experience!

Wonderful stay

We had the perfect stay. The owner, Juan, was extremely communicative pre-trip, during the trip, and post trip. He met us at the apartment to go over everything and to handover the keys. He called the following day to make sure we found everything we needed. He also offered to help us with any needs. Including information about tours or transportation. The apartment is well situated. It is in a beautiful neighborhood where we felt completely safe. It’s also one block off the main boulevard that will take by you into city center. Buses and Taxis are readily available and inexpensive. There are also plenty of markets and restaurants around the apartment. It is more than ample in size. Nice open family room, full bedroom, full bath, and half bath. The kitchen is stocked adequately for short stays. The washer and dryer were a real plus as was Netflix on the tv. We will definitely look to stay in this apartment again in our next visit to Buenos Aires. Juan is the perfect host.

Needs refurbishment

I'll give the previous reviewers a dubious benefit of the doubt and just assume that the condition of this rental has deteriorated with time, heavy use and neglect. However, I relied on those inaccurate reviews to make our month-long decision to stay there in March, 2018. I would never stay there again. First, the good. The manager is helpful and responsive. The housekeeper also does an excellent job. The location is very good for an extended stay. It's noisy, but it's a noisy city. Now, the rest. Except for the balcony chairs, the furniture is very uncomfortable. The sofa is deeply cracked, cheap leather and a real back-breaker. Those red chairs are about as comfortable as they look. The refrigerator often sounds like a muted jackhammer and the LR A/C was even worse. On arrival, we asked the manager to fix it. A technician arrived two days later, said it needed a replacement part and nothing further happened for the entire month of our stay. Fortunately, the weather cooled down and we only needed to run it when we were out of the apartment. While the housekeeper's weekly cleaning keeps the basics covered, the drapes, rug and bed covers/linens are nothing short of gross. That floor lamp in the photos? Broken and not repaired or replaced during our month-long stay. The door on the washing machine hangs from one hinge. Getting the picture? All this points to an owner (not the manager) who cares little for the upkeep of this apartment or the comfort of VRBO tenants. Take my word for it. You do not want to stay here.
