Room 302 can’t online no wifi signal in room. I need to walk out the hallway to online. I used my own 4G sim card to online. If room 301,303,304 are better. I spoke with their front desk manager Mr. Jason. He said that he will restart the wifi router, but still no signal in room 302. By the way, more than 20 ants in bathroom washing place and the long wood table.
I am so disappointed about the hotel cairns. I have 2 bookings for 4 nights. The first 2 nights i stay in room 206, it is so noise by their restaurant Treasure court. I heard the dishes sound and their staff talking between 7-10pm. I can’t sleep well. Couple customers went to treasure court complain with them. Including china & western customers. I requested room change and the front desk staff said he will change for me on next day and ask me pack up my baggages. The next day after my cruise trip. I went to front desk counter and get my room, but Mr. Jason front desk manager told me that his colleague didn’t leave him a note. So that, he can’t switch room for me due fully booked.
