- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.
- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.
- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.
- Arrival outside opening hours:
a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;
b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
