2 INDOOR POLLS, GYM, PRIVATE POND , TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COURTS OPEN AS WELL (Bring your own equipment), BBQ area, KIDS PLAYGROUND - ALL WITHIN 3 MIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM OUR UNIT.

Plenty to do in this area! Rivers, waterfalls, bike ride, hiking, outdoor dining, live music, outdoor movie, creativative during this difficult time.

What a Gem.... You won't even need to leave this complex to escape from it all. In the Heart of the White Mountains this welcoming condo unit offers you a rewarding getaway experience. Conveniently located in Campton, NH, just 2 hours from Boston this unit is close to all major attractions in the area. Lakes Region is only few exits away. Loon Cannon & Tenney Mountains, Waterville Valley, Story Land, Santa's Village, Kangamangus Highway with its scenic views are just some of many places to visit. Activities such as Wine Tasting and Vineyards, Breweries Tours, Horse Back Riding, Golf , Walking and Bike Trails, Water parks, too many to list. The Luxury Recreational Center is where you can just relax and enjoy its 3 Pools, 2 Jacuzzi, Saunas, Gym, Game Room, Tennis, Basketball & Sand Volleyball Courts, Paddle Boats, Pond, Beach, BBQ Area, Live Music, Restaurant, Wi-Fi +++....Condo is fully equipped and has a full service kitchen. Wi-fi, 2 TVs, VCR, DVD, Electric Fireplace. A true' Home Sweet Condo

Sheets/linens and towels are currently nt provided.You must bring your own. If you plan on using the private pond for swimming I also recomment bringing beach towels.

Es un lugar sencillo pero bastante acogedor, esta en una area con camaras de vigilancia que te da la sensacion de seguridad. Ademas, tienes mas personas a tu alrededor que te da la sensacion de que no estas solo en la montaña. La cocina esta totalmente equipada y tienen muchos juegos juegos de mesa, internet, aire acondicionado y todo lo que necesitas para unas minivacaciones sin preocupaciones.

Pricey for what it was
The property is dated. We stayed during the summer so maybe it feels different when skiing wintertime but the condo could use some updates. There is a 100 cleaning fee tacked onto the price of the room which made it very expensive for a 2 night stay especially because you had to bring your own sheets towels and bedding. If you read the fine print you also have only one pool guest included - the rest are paid. The listing is accurate and so are the photos.

Hi So the place was nice a little outdated. We didn't know the pool was extra that would have been nice to know. Also we had no idea sheets were not on the bed. Overall the place was okay good for two kiddos.

Basic accommodations
The owner yelled at me when I called her to inquire about checking in. You receive an email with lock box instructions (I missed the email). She was quite rude and had no desire to provide any level of customer service. The location is nice and the accommodations are adequate.

Great Stay!
It was the perfect condo for our stay. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us and having a stocked kitchen was excellent. We had 1 person working remotely during the day. The wifi quality was more than adequate for them to do zoom meetings and get their work done.

Condo is small but comfortable for two people. Bathroom and kitchen are both in working condition but could benefit from updates. Community Center was only partially usable (game room closed, indoor hot tub had been removed, none of the pool heaters were working) and some of the photos in the listing are outdated.
