剛進到房間內，覺得很悶熱，把空調打開並把溫度調低，過了好久還是覺得房內很悶熱，傳簡訊給飯店，飯店人員很快的幫忙把問題解決了，雖然時間很晚，但飯店人員還是很親切的解決問題，非常謝謝他們幫忙，才有舒適的一晚。

Loved having access to Hale Gym as a guest of the hotel. Room itself is very dated but was comfortable and clean. No room service or onsite kitchen is pretty odd for any hotel today.

Bathroom in need of renovation Comfortable bed ,Cheap bathroom amenities and bathroom towels were old . No luxury no hooks to hang stuff Tap fell off in my hand in shower No money being put back into the place Cold and dark feeling in hallways Guest lounge coffee machine didn’t work not a comfortable place to hang out . We booked for 3 adults in one room with 2 twin bed. (Extra charges for an adult). However, when we checked in at night time. We found out that room was only with King bed. Tried to ask for help from counter staff and she replied there was no housekeeping this time. Ended up I had to take another room with $186. Most importantly, the receptionist told us they didn’t receive the request for 2 twin beds via “Expedia.com”. I asked for refund for extra adult but unable to do so because it was booked via Expedia. I hope HOTEL.COM can look into the matter . Regards, Ken

The hotel is in a quiet residential area. Lovely garden. Beds are very comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Good sized room. The bar fridge was noisy so I turned it off. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very professional.

The hotel is very nice and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Appears to have a wedding venue which is a nice spot. The hotel is tired and the housecleaning staff lack attention to detail. There was a trash can filled with soiled nappies from a previous guest. We were 3 people and don’t have enough towels. One of the lights was just a bare bulb hanging from the ceiling. The front desk was very apologetic about the nappies and quickly brought us more towels so that was nice.

Visiting the Big Smoke for a Christmas Party
Great overnight stay while in town for a Christmas Party. Hotel was very reasonably priced and great location for our needs. Lots of little ‘freebies’ (Coffee/Tea/Chocolates and Fruit) added to the enjoyment.

Booked for 3 nights to visit new granddaughter. Always enjoy the quiet suburban location, easy parking and old school vibe this hotel has. Unfortunately there were unreasonably noisy guests this trip and went to staff desk after 11pm to see if anything could be done. Night manager had just come on duty and was fantastic in coming straight up and settling things down. Next day I decided to go home 1 night early and had no expectation of any refund with the short notice but the staff understood the circumstances and didn’t charge me that last night. Thank you and well done, especially that night manager and the new day manager on Saturday morning.

The large chess pieces in the garden were splendid and the bar options were spot on. The fridge/coffee area in the room was infested by ants, but otherwise, wonderful place to stay.

As a tall person i hate when shower heads are low. I mean sometimes the shower head is in the middle on back. At the brassey the shower head was amazing. I could stand under it while washing away my troubles of the day. And i was massive impressed with the number of power points. Well worth the visit.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Brassey Hotel. The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. The hotel is in close proximity to Canberra CBD and main tourist destinations. Driving would be the best way to travel to and from areas.

The Brassey is a beautiful hotel to stay at. The staff we encountered were amazing, so helpful and welcoming. The facility are second to none, the gym facility is of the highest standard and impeccably clean. The gardens are breathtaking. The rooms are very clean and tidy and I loved that there was a coffee machine in our room. We had a lovely time and will return the next time are in Canberra … Thank you again to the lovely staff we encountered during our stay, it is so hard to find well presented and hard working employees … you are a credit to the corporation you work for and they are lucky to have you are the faces of the beautiful Brassey!

Ok, except for the noisy plumbing
Water pipe usage from nearby rooms at 5am woke us up early each morning - very loud, clunking, stop start, very disappointing.
